Room wasn’t clean and couldn’t find a room with two beds. Sofa bed was so miserably thin and not enough linens to help. Won’t come back. Also cable tv went out second day; property wide outage. Lovely staff. Do better, Marriott, for them.

Like new large suites in Boulder - Great Value
This hotel must have just gone through a renovation because the room I was in looked brand new. It was almost 600 square feet and felt more like a very nice studio apartment than a hotel room. It was very well appointed and outstanding for a business trip because it had a very functional and large desk, full kitchen, and even a dishwasher. Nice living room as well with a large flat screen TV that can swivel around to be seen anywhere in the apartment. Staff was very pleasant. Just about everything you would want is just a very short drive away. Simple but nice gym and great breakfast area.

Great property. We stayed a few weeks ago when we traveled to Boulder, so this trip we even asked for the same room. Good location, staff is attentive, knowledgeable, offering restaurant options convenient to the property.

Visiting from out of town. The property was easy to find. We had a nice king suite with full kitchen. Very convenient layout with more of a condo feel. Nicely decorated, comfortable. Breakfast was fresh with many options. Will stay there again when visiting Boulder.

I love the location of this property. Close to everything I wanted to experience. The only bad thing was the shower. It did not drain so I was standing in my own dirty water (room 1412). yuk!! Also, behind my bed I found a dog chew toy and of course I don't have a dog so how long was that there? Yikes! (i only went behind the bed cuz I dropped the TV remote)

Love this Residence Inn, the third one we stayed at this year. The apartment style layout made it easy to park right next to your room rather than taking elevator and then walking down a long hallway to get to your room. Staff, breakfast, room layout are great, especially for longer stay. Highly recommend!

So we found poo on the bathroom wall when we checked in and called the front desk. It took ten minutes to get hold of anyone. They cleaned it and we complained but they said they couldn't do anything as had to discuss with manager. I emailed the manager and three days later haven't heard anything back. I can only assume they don't think poo on the bathroom wall is acceptable ... not worth over $400 a night I think its safe to say.

The property was beautiful, the breakfast was good everyday, the pool was nice. We really loved the kitchen. We had 3 adults and with the studio arrangement and TV we weren’t able to watch TV or hang out together well.

I was in town for the Boulder Half Ironman! They were kind enough to put out breakfast food at 4am so we could eat before the race! I have stayed 3x and it’s always great!

Our room was almost on top of the freeway. We could have given a full traffic report from there, this making it quite loud. The other room we booked had a leak, the carpet was soaking wet and smelled musty. When we let the hotel know about it, they did not address the matter, they did not provide fans, a room change, and/or a discount for the inconvenience. Lesson learned stay somewhere else if you have the option of make sure you get a room that is nowhere backing to the freeway. Unfortunately a lot of the rooms do

The Residence in Loft unit provided all the space and comforts of home for our family while traveling. With a full kitchen/dining/living area 2 bathrooms, we had all the space and amenities needed when we wanted to relax or eat in.

Clean and neat room. Perfect if you plan to dine in. It has all the cookware you need. You do need to buy or bring seasonings. The bed is comfortable, with plenty of storage. The only thing I did not appreciate was the fan for the aircon was too noisy for me during sleep. I wish they have an adjustment for the speed of the fan, which would have solved the issue by setting it to low. I had to turn the aircon off in a cold day.

Had the most pleasant experience checking in and the room was great. Staff took care of snow on walkways so it was safe to walk up stairs. Cats were welcomed and loved hiding behind the head of the bed. Room was warm and everything worked well. Loved watching Netflix on the tv.

The location was near perfect for our stay. I really appreciated the option for breakfast if we were looking for something quick. The rooms and grounds were very clean and the pool/patio area was a great bonus given the weather. Only issue was that in our 5 nights housekeeping only visited one day, but i attribute that to short staffing which is quite understandable at this time.
