Short visit
It is very small so I would only suggest short visits. We could hear talking from adjacent neighbors and street noise. The stairs leading up to front door are not safe for someone with any walking/standing issues. They are slanted and require balance to open door.

Home is in a great location, short walk across the road to the beach or a few blocks to Bridge street for food and entertainment. Great for a couples weekend away!

Cute little place. Small, one bedroom with; hot plate, toaster, small fridge; microwave, couch that could fold down for extra bed. What I loved best was the 50 steps to the beach! And 20 steps to the trolley that takes you to other island beaches/stores, restaurants, etc. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect location and perfect cottage!
Take all the positive reviews and imagine they are pasted here! My wife and I are in mid 70's and needed and very much appreciated the easy access to literally everything, especially access to beach. Maria and her family served us very well. A simple text quickly satisfied our couple of needs. We stayed in Unit 1 and the AC worked flawlessly. Please note that there are two 4th Streets. Just know when you turn onto 4th the cottage is immediately on the left. Our Garmin sent us to the wrong one but Waze saved us. Will definitely be returning! Quinton & Wendy Bluffton SC

Great location!
This little gem is reasonably priced for such close proximity to the beach! It’s small but served all of our needs. It’s in walking distance to fun shops and restaurants too.

Lost power during storm!
This property was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and there was plenty to do right around this area. One of the days there was a bad storm on the island, and the entire island lost power. The location manager was extremely responsive about letting us know what was going on. We eventually got power back and the trip went as planned. We will definitely go back again if staying in the area !

Perfect location, great personal service
We loved our stay here! We didn't realize what an ideal location it was until we got there - literally RIGHT across the street from a beautiful beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth as needed. Also two blocks from Bridge Street and a bunch of cute shops and great restaurants, ice cream, live music, etc.! A short walk down the beach in either direction to places to eat right on the beach, toes in the sand! Also loved how personal the service was! The cottage (unit #1) is small, but so cute how they have it decorated with bright colors, and they've obviously thought through everything well - like how you can watch the living room TV from the bedroom too. Our hosts were so attentive, checking in with us several times to see if we needed anything. They provide beach chairs, towels, cooler, and a beach umbrella to every unit, which is awesome, and there's a small sitting area outside on the porch, perfect for morning sun and coffee. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Perfect!
Perfect location we will be back to stay with Maria and Mark. There was a little hiccup at check in and Maria was right on it and made adjustments for our inconvenience they are lovely people and we will be back. Next time one of their bigger units. If you have good weather and you aren't going to be in room much this studio is perfect

Not quite how it was pictured in the advertisement…
The property needs some spiffing up, the pictures in the advertisement are clearly from a few seasons ago the couch needs to be replaced very badly.

Coolest spot for vacation ever, close to bridge street and food and beach
Mark and Maria have made a very skeptical family very happy, we are going to stay in all six units eventually. Very convenient location very clean, best sleeping bed ever...mirror could be raised but that would be my only complaint. Loved It!!!

Needed a quiet but active get away.
Close to Bridge Street, this place had all the gift shops and old beach town feel. Resturants of all kinds and great place to have a drink. Morning coffee shop! And didn't need to drive. It's all around the corner. Or I can hop the free Trolley for further destinations on the island. Loved the mini golf spot. Just walking around, gave me this burst of energy. And the beach is right across the street. Just Right There!!! They gave chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels. Mini fridge and microwave nice size shower. I will see you Maria Again.

Great spot for a long weekend away.
This property was as advertised. The only thing needed is an exhaust fan in the bathroom to get rid of the humidity the shower generates. It permeates the whole room. Finish work is a bit rough, but very clean room and you can’t beat the price!

We had a great stay
The location is perfect and I cannot stress that enough. Very clean and the bed was actually quite comfortable. I met Mark and he was kind and accommodating. We hope we can rent this same place again next visit.

Bradenton Beach in November
The place was small, no comfortable place to sit inside or outside. And the floors slanted to 4th street. The bed was really a nice one. We enjoyed the area and our long walks together.

Issues & lack of outdoor space
For the same price as the other units, there was no proper kitchen as well as no outdoor space in which to sit. It would have been helpful to have a small deck to the left of the door with a table for 2 in which to sit. Also, I did not anticipate no place to cook my food properly, which I do due to my dietary needs. The couch was very dirty and uncomfortable to sit on.

Great for the two of us!
Originally planned to stay in March, but with the COVID-19 quarantine we had to reschedule to July. Maria was very understanding and allowed us to change the dates of our stay. The unit was cozy and great for my husband and I. The place was well maintained with a few scratches on the walls, but nothing major. A short walk to the beach, and thankful that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Loved being so close to bridge street, and the restaurants. Only downfall was the other tenants staying at Playa Esmerelda were noisy, and in the bedroom you can hear people from two other units.

Disappointed in the Unit
Very small for the money I spent. I will never stay here again. The unit only had one small window unit and the bedroom was hot at times even with fans. Also the parking lot was sand and shells so when you walked inside the unit you had a sandy floor and had to sweep constantly. I have rented a lot of places at AMI over the past 30 years and this by far was the way below my expectations.

Communication with owner was excellent. Able to fix problems we had. The studios are quite small. Small fridge. Would opt for the 1 bedroom for the slightly higher price. Up to you whether you want space or not, studio vs 1 bedroom.

Close to everything
Great location, close to everything. Futon is really dirty and I would not let my kids sleep on it if they had come. We never used it. Expected more personal items and things to use while we stayed including local information packets. Worked great for just the husband and I but we will have to find another place when we come back with the kids next year.

Phenomenal location, lacking water pressure for sink
Our stay was great and the location was even better. The unit was very clean as well as the check in process being seamless. The only issue we found was the lack of water pressure at the kitchen sink and it being a little hot in the unit the first day so we went and bought some fans to help cool it down. This made it somewhat difficult and time consuming to wash dishes. However the water pressure at the bathroom sink and shower were great!

Good but.
The owner was communicative and gave me a extended check out with no problem. The unit looks exactly like the picture. However the accessories need updating. Towels are old, thin and miss matched. The beach umbrella is old and rusty and does not have a bag that fits. Shower is good and unit was very clean. I loved the location.

Great Location
Property managers, Maria and Mark are excellent; very responsive. Little yellow cottage was perfect for our two week beach stay. Awesome location to walk to beach and Bridge Street shops and restaurants. Would likely rebook.

Bradenton Beach
Great location! Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping and there was a trolley stop right across the street. For a short stay the room we had would be great but it was much smaller than we had anticipated for an extended stay such as ours (9 days). It was however equipped with a refrigerator, coffee pot, hot plate and cooking utensils and we brought our own tailgate grill so we had no problems preparing meals. All in all we had a great time. The owners, Mark and Maria, were great and the few minor issues that did pop up were quickly rectified by them.
