Muy recomendable! Como en casa
Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en este hotel. Me encanta. Las camas y las almohadas son super cómodas. El desayuno es bastante variado y bueno y está incluido. La atención en recepción es excelente y te hacen sentir en casa. Lo remodelaron y se ve todo nuevo y muy bien. Lo malo es la nueva modalidad covid, que no te hacen el cuarto a menos que lo solicites.. y pues sales todo el día y la basura se acumula. El gimnasio está muy bonito y completo y aproveché el servicio de lavandería por 2.50 dlls y me llevé toda mi ropa limpia.

Bathroom had broken tiles and a broken bath tub, the lighting was updated but everything else should be redone / restored. The lobby smelled of chemicals/ cleaning supplies both in the evening of check in and morning of check out. Staff was not very friendly and made me feel like I was in their way during breakfast time as well as during check in.

The pool area was dirty the spa was broken 5 out of 6 jets did not work, heater did not work an there was an oil slick on the surface I complained to the manager and asked for some form of compensation such as a reduced rate She replied that since I booked on Expedia, there was nothing she could do Even if I was a member Al she would offer would have been points The ice machine was broken. There were dozens of teens running around like it was an amusement park probably because of the proximity to IMG academy ASI am writing this at 10am a porter just knocked reminding me of 11 am checkout All this @ $200 per night, and they wanted $300 on their site RIDICULOUS !!! Holiday Inn is not what they used to be I had a Comfort Inn in Needles Ca on I 10 that was also 2 stars withi an EXCELLENT pool area and an enthusiastic staff for $120 I won’t do this again btw the room was nice and comfortable Breakfast was good price to value ratio poor

This hotel was located close to a friend. The A/C was on the fritz but they got it sorted out quickly when notified. Breakfast was lovely.

The breakfast is by itself 5 stars and the breakfast room is beautiful, clean and big enough . I gave 4 stars to the property because the bathtub was so clogged that it took over 30 min after the shower to drain; however, let me clarify that during checkout I informed of it and they were inmediately on fixing it.

The outside area by the pool had broken tiles around the hot tub. Definitely a trip and fall hazard. The pool water was extremely cloudy and not very inviting at all. The breakfast buffet was out of regular coffee. I asked one of the staff if there was more. She sighed and kind of huffed off to go get more.

My family and I spend a night at this hotel. We loved it! It was super clean, the staff was super friendly and the location was great - close to everything you could possibly need the bonus of being super close to Anna Maria Island -- which is just phenomenal! We love it and cannot wait to come back!

Only problem is we were in a handicap room with walk in shower. Bathroom floor gets very slippery when it gets wet. Almost fell after the shower. Also nowhere to hang your clothes.

Most of the employees were unfriendly and didn’t speak English. Beth was kind enough to upgrade our room for our honeymoon. I asked for my room to be cleaned daily and they didn’t a couple days. At one point we came back to our room and the door was left wide open by the housekeepers, luckily we didn’t see anything missing. The breakfast was constantly running out of food the pool and hot tub were disgusting!! Wish someone would clean them and wouldn’t allow guests to smoke in the pool. More than likely wouldn’t come back.

When we arrived at the hotel, our room and room key were ready. Huge thank you to whoever did room assignments because we were on the opposite wing from a young girls’s group event. The front desk staff was pretty unfriendly.If you work at the front desk would it kill you to say hello and smile?However, when we needed pool towels,they would just hand them over,so thanks for meeting our needs. Our room and hotel were very clean & the location was perfect.Located next to stores and close to Anna Maria Island.The accommodations were as expected: average pool,breakfast,long time to flush toilet & shower pressure was not good. The beds are comfortable with lots of pillows.We came back to a clean room after day 1 of a 2 day stay & the hotel was immaculate overall. Thank you to the housekeeping staff! They certainly work hard, so leave them a tip if you book here. We would stay here again .
