We have stayed here twice. The rate is very competitive & affordable and we enjoy our stay. The one thing that would improve the experience would be to have more electrical outlets in more convenient locations for phone chargers and laptops. Placing multi-plug outlets or extension cords on each side of the bed or placing a lamp with a built-in outlet on its base on the desk would be extremely helpful & convenient for travelers.

The room was okay but was a bit dirty when we got there. The sink had an almost rotten scent coming up from the drain. We found ants in the bathroom area the staff offered to move us and came a sprayed. Staff was very polite and helpful but the other issues made the stay uncomfortable.;

Located on the main 76 highway. Property and staff are nice and friendly. Rooms could have been a little cleaner, but beds were great. Electrical needs updated to accommodate all the electronics these days.

We didn't have the best experience with the property. There was NO hot water in our room and the shower was filthy on arrival to the point we had to clean it ourselves before using it. The floor had dirt/dust where it probably had not been vacuumed in quite a while. The breakfast was late and still not warm at all when we arrived at opening for it. I hope our problems were isolated and not the normal as we do understand things happen. We had to leave a day early because of the conditions and did not stay as long as we were going to in Branson because of it.

The rooms could have been cleaner but they weren’t so disgusting that I refused to stay there. The beds and linens and bathrooms were clean, it was more of older stuff needing replaced (the table had stuck on sucker or something I had to scratch off and use a Clorox wipe on, the shower was stained but clean, the paint job was terrible, the shower held water like the drain needed snaked and you could tell the ceiling in the shower leaked at some point). A lot of upgrades need done as it seems to be an older property, otherwise it was great for the price. The staff was very friendly and the location was great—you could walk to many things.

Bed and pillows were comfortable and the price was good. The overall place was clean but the edges around the bathroom floor were nasty. The breakfast was good except there was no bacon or sausage and that was disappointing.

The only negative was the cleanliness of the bathroom area. Everything else was great. Beds weren’t the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on but they weren’t bad.

Horrible stay
We have given this motel great reviews in the past. No more. We stayed 3 nights, Wed-Sat. We were placed in the furthest SW corner of the building, even though they did not appear to be close to fully booked. We were not informed of any water issue at check in. The entire stay we had cold water or no water at all. The bed was the worst; a large, visible dip in the middle. So basically we had little sleep and were unable to shower when we wanted to.We have stayed there numerous times in the past, but wont be taking the chance again

Thank you for your rating of your recent stay at our hotel. Our goal is always100% satisfaction for our guests, and we are truly that sorry we missed the mark with you this time. I have investigated this stay and I am sorry you didn't think we were even close to fully booked during your stay, but in fact we were. The room you described you staying in was a king room (RM 314) and unfortunately we have a very limited supply of that room type. So while the hotel itself was about 80% filled when you checked in, we were actually 100% filled on the room type you had booked. I know sometimes it can be deceiving if you do not see a lot of cars in the parking lot, but that does not mean we have no one in house. Most guests are out on the town till late at night and then are back up and off to their adventures early the next morning. We also had a few groups at that time that had several rooms but traveled together. We do apologize for this stay not living up to your past stays. We are gutted when any guest is unhappy, especially our loyalty members. As you have said, you have stayed with us previously and given us great reviews, we understand if you don't, but it would be our pleasure to host you again so we could show you we could do better.
