This condo leaves a lot to be desired. The furniture is in very poor condition. The dining chairs were literally peeling. The living room area had not been dusted and the carpet was thick and dirty. There is carpet in the bathroom which is moldy and gross. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, but everything else was worn or dirty. The showers are very small, one person barely fits in them, there are no options for a bathtub/shower combination. The condo was on the side of the mountain. There were at least 3 stories of steep steps to the front door. I was not warned of this and I have trouble with stairs. The office is only open for check in for one hour between 4:00pm and 5:00pm. You are very much on your own. I would not stay here again. There are much better condos in the area.

Jessica, I am sorry that you had this experience. We are open 9am to 6pm, and later on weekends. We have not had negative feedback shared with us previously and will internally address your concern. You would have been met with an immediate solution and kind assistance if we had been made aware of your concerns at any time during your stay. We regret that we did not have the opportunity to increase your satisfaction.

This was the worst stay we have ever had, everything was old, dirty and unsafe with mold in bathroom, had to move to second room because the first room had a gutter hitting the bedroom window, they were aware of this and still put us in the room, dryer did not work, oven was filthy inside. 2nd room was no better, couch, carpet and bathroom were filthy, couldn’t sit on the couch without falling through so had to use cushions from loveseat to sit on the couch. No one at the office was helpful at all, we are in our 70’s and had to move and they gave us the keys and just sent us on our way. Apparently when they moved us they did not register us in the new room and we were in the room and one of the maintenance people came right in told us he was there to check on somethings Expedia had reported to them, that there wasn’t supposed to be anyone there, we showed him all of the issues, not sure what they planned to do. There are so many updates and things that need to be fixed, they should close the resort down and do a complete overhaul. I hope this helps anyone planning to stay there. I could go on with other issues. If you are reading this and work at this resort, please work to make this enjoyable for your guests so that they feel safe and valued and getting their moneys worth.

Great value. Felt safe. Communication with staff easy and efficient. Property is dated. The 1st unit I was in didn't have a working refrigerator. The staff quicky gave me a different unit. The second unit had a non-working oven. The washer/dryer in the unit was fabulous!

Great place to spread out
The room was extremely large with everything we needed and at an incredible price. The staff was very responsive when I reported a minor issue with the tv remote. A little bit far from town but worth the extra drive.

Great stay
We’ve stayed here many times in the past but has been a few years since they stopped allowing cargo trailers. Didn’t need one this time because just husband and I. Stayed in B side studio since we didn’t plan to do a lot of cooking. Mostly comfortable but got full sun all day so condo got really hot in spite of the cold weather. When we figured out how to unlock the windows it helped to cool off. Would suggest housekeeping leave a full roll of toilet paper on the roller and several rolls in cabinet. An almost empty roll on the roller and one extra isn’t nearly enough for two people for a week! Might need to consider new living room furniture; starting to look worn and shabby. We also appreciate the gated community; really makes me feel safe. All in all a good stay and would definitely recommend and stay again.

We have stayed here 3 years in a row. Safe, quiet area. We stayed in a studio this time and wouldn't get that type again, it was cramped, the bed was not comfortable at all, the bathroom was small and cramped and the sink was unusually low. We normally stay in the 1 bedroom but they were all booked. It's a great property- always clean, safe and quiet. Wish there was a reward program for return guest ; ) We always stay in off season so not sure how the pools are, one time I guess we will have to try the on site restaurant and golf. Great for families as it does have a kitchen which can save money on food. But with the best breakfast close by at Billy Gails don't skimp on breakfast.

This place has changed...
This has gotten a bit out dated. Couch was stained on the arms. You can tell the property has changed owners. No extra trash bags, no shampoos, one small sample soap for a bathroom that has two sinks, very minimal everything. We had one dish towell, one dish rag, one roll toilet paper, and one trash bag for a four day stay. But yet a big jump in price. We know everyone is in the let's charge more mode. Quality is going down, consumer expense has gone way up.

Beautiful resort, comfortable condo with most of what you need. The only issue was finding the check in office. They gave us an address for GPS that was not correct. Only use the 1 Oak Lane address!

Disappointed in our unit . Will not return .
The sofa and chair were worn out therefore most uncomfortable to sit on any length of time . We had paid for 3 nights but left a day early because of the discomfort . The little freezer in the tiny frig had not been defrosted in so long you could barely get an ice tray in it. 32 inch tv’s are so outdated . Just needs an overall updating done .
