I booked a night in this hotel for my family. On the website says that you could request a crib for babies at no extra cost so I did. A few days later I got an email saying that I would have to bring my own. No other explanation. I emailed back but I never got a reply. Traveling with my 1 year old baby, the crib was very important to us.
We arrived at the hotel at 10pm. The check in was just awful. The longest one I've ever done. Everything was booked in advance and fully paid so I do not understand why it took SO long. As I said, we arrived at 10pm with a baby and a toodler and we did not get room key till 10.30pm ( after rushing the person helping us since my kids were very tired). He finally gave us the key but I still had to come back to lobby to finish the check in!!
I had to pay a fee because I booked through hotels.com that I was not expecting since I fully paid in advance.
At the end I just wanted to go to my room because it was 11.20 pm and we were still doing the check in. So I paid and left.
About the crib, I asked about it because I didn't get an email response in advance and the crib wasn't in the room. They said they didn't know about it but they could go look for one and bring it. Because it was already SO late I said no cause my baby was already sleeping in my bed.
Next day I talk to the people at desk and said because of Corona they don't use cribs now which doesn't make sense and that was not what told me night before.
