Muy caro para lo que ofrece.
El hotel es muy caro para lo que ofrece. Buscaría mejores opciones. No tiene buen servicio, las indtaciones son básicas. Lo mejor su ubicación sobre el lago.

Great location, three minutes to lake front. Casino next door. 5 star service and amenities. Indoor pool! Gym! Sauna! Amazing breakfast. Great restaurant. Staff was amazing.

Entgegen der Beschreibung keine Badewanne im Zimmer und keine Bademäntel, trotz Nachfrage. Bei Rückmeldung bei Abreise („War alles gut bei Ihnen?“), dass wir grundsätzlich zufrieden waren aber für den Preis der Suite schon mit den Bademänteln fürs Wellness und das gemütliche Verweilen gerechnet hätten, kam ein sehr defensives „nicht unsere Schuld, die Wäscherei hat halt nicht, wir können nichts dafür.“ Das war alles an Reaktion. 24h-Reception - aber bei Anruf aus dem Zimmer geht keiner ran. Tipps für die Umgebung waren ungenügend: Das Hotelrestaurant hat Sonntag und Montag geschlossen, das empfohlene Restaurant allerdings auch - es hatte in der Stadt auch nur wenig geöffnet. Eine Reservation sei keinesfalls nötig, hiess es an der Reception am Nachmittag, am Abend haben wir kaum was finden können. „Stadtsicht“ heisst bei den Zimmern übrigens Ausblick auf grossen Parkplatz. Wirklich Grand ist an diesem „Grand Hotel“ vor allem der Name.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Loved the rain shower head. It’s very conveniently located right beside the lake and train station. Only a few minutes walk to the town center as well.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, nur der Wellnessbereich ist nicht so gut. Damit meine ich die Aufteilung: dieser lange Schlauch, wo manchmal keine zwei Leute aneinander vorbei können. Ein grosser Raum; wo man alles gut erreichen kann wäre besser. Leider ist der Ruheraum viel zu klein, deswegen war ich auch kein einziges Mal in der Sauna. Für mich gehört hinterher Ruhe dazu, aber da war nie Platz. Das war sehr schade. Der Fitnessraum war aber super.

Hervorzuheben ist das tolle Team um den Restaurantleiter Ondrej Jancar. Egal ob beim Frühstück, beim Abendessen oder an der Bar, man wird verwöhnt von äusserst zuvorkommenden und sympathischen Mitarbeitenden. Man hat bei jedem Aufenthalt wieder das Gefühl, dass man alte Freunde trifft.

Hotel convenient to train station and lake. Check in was not smooth as the first room assigned to us reeked of smoke. Fortunately this was quickly remedied and we were moved to another room. Also at the welcome reception there was a bit of a language barrier or misunderstanding as the option to not clean the room wasn’t explained correctly…she told us it wouldn’t be cleaned for 1 day which would have been fine, but it wasn’t cleaned for our entire stay. We did ask to have it cleaned, but it never was. Tip: go up to the pool area and get clean towels from there. The shower stall seal was ineffective and flooded the floor. Hotel rents decent bicycles at a much lower price than the bike rental shops in town. Overall, our stay wasn’t “grand”… was expecting a more luxurious experience for that price.
