It was okay. The restaurant and spa wasn’t available because we went on Monday. I’m assuming because it’s slow season. It did not mention that the restaurant wouldn’t be open online. The only other food options were in Sidney. The pub food was really good though. Just was not the fine dining experience that I was looking for.

Thank you for staying with us Jordan! All of our dining room hours of operation can be found on our website. The Arbutus Dining Room hours have not changed (Open Thursday - Sunday for dinner and open daily for breakfast) in over a year so we are confused as to why you were unable to find this information. We hope to see you again.

Brentwood Lodge and Spa is a wonderful place to unwind and relax. The rooms, complete with outside balconies, all overlook Brentwood Bay and are very comfortable and quiet, and offer picturesque views. A great spot!

Staff was great, room was lovely, the view was incredible. Definitely rent a car though because it’s quite far from downtown if you’re visiting. Very close to the Butchart & Victoria Butterfly Gardens.

Hot tub was lukewarm. Dining service was slow. Seems like minor issues, but when you come specifically to a resort for the food and facilities to relax.... we were a bit disappointed. Expensive stay for the quality of the resort.

We enjoyed our stay as our room was clean and quiet. Gorgeous views from the balcony. We had two meals at the pub, and both the veggie burger and sushi were amazing. Recommend and we will stay again!

Absolutely hot all points I am looking for. Impeccably clean and well appointed(pool-hot tub) and the room was amazing!!! The deep jacuzzi tub with view of the room was fabulous. All of this for under $200 per night with spa facilities???? Highly recommend

I love this property because of the peaceful setting and views. The views from every room are outstanding. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the area around the hotel is great for a safe walk and exploration.

Our second stay here and it was lovely for a mini getaway! Amazing views, food and staff. Only thing I would recommend is they replace their mattresses. They’re not very comfortable and feel pretty worn out.

Upscale site that is very scenic and well maintained. The BIG problem is they forgot a basic function, sleeping! The beds are firm (which is ok) but they have no cushioning whatsoever. If this isn't a problem for you then 5 stars. Unfortunately for my back and hips it's a problem and ended up ruining the stay. OBTW asked if they had a foam topper they could put on and they had nothing, too bad it could have easily resolved the problem.

The value and quality of location for the cost was quite good, although we booked last minute and during the low season. The hotel restaurant had delicious breakfast and the cost felt quite reasonable for what we got. The short rib hash was delicious. We enjoyed the beautiful view over the marina and did not hear any noise from the ferries.

I had a fabulous two evenings in the resort! Staff was so friendly and attentive. Everything was so nice. The view did not disappoint. What a view! The bed was okay and the pillows could use a refresh. Towels were nice. Can see pride in the housekeeping. Nice welcome card and truffles. LOVE this place and can not wait to return.
