El hotel y sus instalaciones están limpias y muy bien cuidadas. En cuanto a al servicio a la habitación pues este funciona desde los teléfonos para llamar como que no llevan el desayuno al área de las villas.

Ideal y cómodo para familias
El hotel es una urbanización con casitas divididas en apartamentos, el nuestro estaba fenomenal con cocina (con todos los accesorios que se necesitan, desde sartenes a boles o cuchillos de cortar carne) un saloncito amplio, habitación, un baño y terraza. En la urbanización o te mueves en tu coche o hay autobuses, hay diferentes piscinas tanto cubiertas como exteriores, con hsmacas y todo lo necesario, toallas y bares. En una de las piscinas había una de niños pequeños muy cómoda. Para nosotros ha sido perfecto, cómodo. La playa tiene hamacas. Es un hotel caro pero muy recomendable

Un hotel esepcional mis hijos lo disfrutaron muchísimo. Muchas gracias tuvimos unas vacaciones excelentes. Hay muchas atracciones cerca del hotel, como el parque nikerson, tiene unos lagos lindos, al igual que las playas cerca del hotel.

Property was updated since we last stayed in the villas. Very nice room and living area with kitchen. The indoor pool said it was 86° but felt much cooler

Beautiful and well equipped.condo at the Villages in prime location. Since it was school vacation week , a full itinerary of activities for the kids and 2 indoor pools!

I had a great overall experience staying at The Villages at Ocean Edge! The check in process was easy and the staff was able to accommodate my check-in early request. I would book another stay in the future and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Stayed in the Fall so the 'reception' area was closed for the season and check in was at the main Mansion - about 0.4 miles from where we were originally instructed (no biggie!) Check in was smooth and quick - Staff was VERY friendly! From the main road to our room it's about a 5 min drive on the property (beautiful drive). Our room was spacious (unexpectedly so). Living room with a pull out sofa. A desk & chair (chair was slanted due to the front legs being about a half inch shorter than the back ones so it was a little strange to sit at the desk). Washing machine (very small, not meant for full loads) in-unit was a plus! The full kitchen was useful and minimally equipped. The bathroom mirror had a fairly thick layer of dust at the top along with on the light fixture. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bedroom closet door was broken (didn't close) so it was weird sleeping with it fully open with the hot water heater tank and drain on the floor of the closet exposed. The rug throughout the apartment was definitely vacuumed but stained and looked like it was due for a good shampooing. Very convenient to Eastham and Harwich where I had to work and also to restaurants in other towns as well. Would stay again...maybe we just got a bad room. The property itself has A LOT to offer. The indoor pool at Fletcher is heated and also has an indoor hot tub that is the perfect temp. Locker/changing rooms very clean - with a sauna as well!

An added fee when you check out?
The resort was great. The view was awesome. The room was clean and in great condition. However what the resort doesn't tell you is that they add an additional fee on at the end when you check out. This was a disappointment as it was not communicated in the initial cost.

Soiled linens outside our door 2 days, next to a pile of dirt. Despite turning thermostat to "off" room was very warm during day/night. We had to keep sliders open; the living room slider screen had no lock. MBR TV did not work. We will not return to this facility.

This place offers 5 restaurants, a wonderful golf course and the rooms are like condos. Very clean and the staff is wonderful. Private beach as well.

very disappointed with the pool, and the whirlpool. Whirlpool was low dirty and your staff did not seem to know the amenities that were available to us. For example, there was a sauna in the pool house, but they told us no they should become more informed. Plus the spa that you’re associated with, I would not call that a Spa no sauna no whirlpool or steam room just services for $180 per massage. Outrageous would not go back.

Helpful clerk upgraded us to stay at the mansion rather than the village. The mansion, normally much more expensive, has beautiful grounds, many amenities, and access to the beach.

Facilities at the Mansion were fine. The building we were assigned to needs significant upgrading/updating. 1. Unacceptable level of humidity, particularly at the entry of the enclosed entry to the staircases leading to the units, where there no ventilation whatsoever !! definitively unhealthy. Wonder if the dry cough I developed during my stay had anything to do with it. 2. Extremely noisy AC units: when the units go off, you invariably wake up. If you want to watch TV, it is only possible when the AC is turned off. It is that loud!!!. A resort like this deserves better AC and ventilation!! 3. The mattress needs to be changed! Loosing shape and firmness 4. Dining was fine. Food better than service, but still acceptable
