Best West lejos de sus antecesores
Son varias veces la que he estado en este establecimiento , cada vez han cambiado de cadena que lo administra y esta vez ha sido la peor . El primer día no realizaron la limpieza del cuarto y al reclamar solo Dijeron que lo sienten , sin ofrecer ningún tipo de opción ni compensación , hubo que reclamar directamente a hotels.com Para obtener una compensación . El Siguiente día si realizaron el cuarto pero lo Único q hicieron fue tender las camas , sacar la basura del bote y cambiar las toallas . No aspiraron , no limpiaron la cubierta de mármol del baño , no tiraron los vasos vacíos del café q se dejaron en el escritorio . El desayuno fue un desastre , omelet e mal Servido u lleno de aceite , los pancakes duros como piedra , los niños no se lo comieron Ahora cobran un resort fee !! Ridiculo para el tamaño e instalaciones del hotel La comida en el bar estuvo bastante bien pero no tienen menú infantil Era mucho mejor cuando era manejado por doobletree

We made a last minute stop while on a road trip. While out of season the lodge was cozy and the scenery beautiful. Staff were friendly and very attentive.

This is a beautiful property. Our room was clean. The staff were very friendly, especially the breakfast attendant. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, and muffins, pastries. I would stay here again.

Nice place, room, staff. Stayed off season so the ski town was super empty, nothing to do. Only dinner place I found open was at hotel bar. And breakfast was only waffle maker or bagels and they snuck in a $9 charge for it. But the free lobby coffee was perfect (none in room). I would stay again.

It was beautiful inside and out.. The only thing is they didnt follow thru my request for the shower chair tor my disabled husband.. Over all it was pleasant stay..

Traveling with a group of 14, the staff was courteous and amenities amazing. When we went it was snowing and all nearby restaurants closed. The dining was great and so were the drinks. Everything was cleaned and well kept. The indoor pool was colder than expected but didn’t deter us from enjoying.

The lodge itself is beautiful and clean which is the extent of our good experience. The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and did not smile once or act happy to be there. There was a young boy who checked us in, he seemed new and unsure of what he was doing. There was a woman at the front desk with him who likely was training him, but appeared very put out any time he asked her a question and she sat at a computer and rolled her eyes every time a customer walked up. Not one time did any staff say, “We are glad you are here” or “Thanks for staying,” or express even the slightest hint of a smile. The TV in our room only had one channel that worked. The mattress was like sleeping on a board.The restaurant and bar were severely understaffed and the staff working told us that several times. The website and signs through out the lodge say no pets allowed, however the front desk has a big sign stating “Pet Friendly” so I’m not sure which sign to believe as I would have brought my dog if I thought the staff would have been friendlier to my dog. All in all, the Brian Head Lodge left an unpleasant taste and as much as I want to go back because it is a beautiful place, I cannot.

Extremely rude check-in lady. Unsafe to carry luggage around the propery, snow and ice all over. No way to reach customer service person on phone. All u get is voicemail. Texts are not answered in time as well.

The restaurant was very nice. The pool area and hot tub were enjoyable. Complementary tea and coffee in the lobby were convenient. The allow dogs which is great. We will be back.

Pretty surroundings and close to lifts. Could have cleaned a little better, had toothpaste splatter on sink and faucet. Beds not comfortable. Hotel is pretty and kept up well.

Horrible build quality. Could hear every footstep above me, every luggage carrier rolling below me and in the hall way. I could hear every conversation on every side of me. Do not stay here if you're a mild or light sleeper and that's if you can get to sleep as you will be sleeping in the most uncomfortable bed ever. Oh the food in the restaurant is edible and parking is convenient.

This place is overrated and overpriced. Customer service wasn't the greatest. Two lights in our room weren't working. The girl at the front desk said she'd take care of it and never did. The fan in the room is really loud. The pool area is enclosed so chlorine vapor was very strong. The food in the restaurant on-site was horrible. Very poor quality and overpriced. Pizzanos up the street is much better! On the positive side, the wood paneling in the room was nice, parking was easy, and the bathroom was clean.

Brian Head Lodge is a family blast!
My 7 yr old son and I did a little trip to BH for the first time and stayed at the lodge. Super family friendly. Fun indoor pool with a waterfall, outdoor hot tub, arcade room and dining area. Facilities were clean and staff friendly. The only 2 downsides were 1 - we had very noisy late night travelers in the room above us. I should’ve contacted the staff to ask them to quiet down at midnight, but didn’t have a ton of confidence they would. 2 - the lodge doesn’t have a storage room for your luggage while you wait for your room. And the lobby staff did not go out of there way to help in that area. Not a huge deal, but was the only nit-picky thing that would’ve been nice to have. Otherwise, very happy with Brian Head Lodge and will very likely return there in the near future.

Lodge Great! Restaurants Bad!
The lodge itself was great! The restaurant was not unfortunately. The staff did the best they could what what the kitchen could do. We waited for almost an hour with an dining room that had 5 tables with people at them. It didn't make any sense. The food was good. But not worth the wait. Loved the room and the lodge.

The property was easily accessible from the street. Parking was a non-issue. The staff were all super friendly! The restaurant was actually very good, but they definitely need to hire more wait staff. We left one night because we were sat down and no one came to even get our drink order for over 30 minutes. It was one waiter for about 10 tables ... I felt bad for her. Otherwise they stay was absolutely amazing!!
