Dobrý den, velice nás mrzí, že pobyt nenaplnil Vaše očekávání. Naši hosté si mohou rezervovat jak samotné ubytování, tak některý z pobytových balíčků, kde je vstup do wellness již zahrnut. Zaleží tedy na každém, jak si pobyt rezervuje. Na snídaně máme z poslední doby většinou kladné recenze, pokud Vám však ve výběru cokoli scházelo, budeme rádi za jakékoli návrhy či připomínky. Wellness centrum je v zimních měsících opravdu více navštěvované, nikdy však není překračována jeho maximální kapacita.

According to your requirements and also the event with which your stay was connected, I would recommend a choice of our rooms in the 4 * part of the hotel, where rooms are located in a higher category with air conditioning, elevator and mattresses, such as king size.
