Just a Parking lot shared with another business, was not sure at first where to even check in. Only about 5 or 6 rooms were being used ( I guess it was before peak season)) and we had a room in the back with no view. Breakfast Not much to it but maybe it was because of being early May . A little dated only saw 2 employees one behind desk at check in and the overnight desk person when leaving but room was only 70.00 so .... It was a place to stay for a one night stop on our trip. Very small room

Good location to enjoy Smoky Mountain National Park’ Wifi did not function all the time in our room. Mini fridge was broken. Air conditioning fan would not turn off. No individual bedside reading lamps. Overuse of single use plastic cutlery and plastic wrapped cups in addition to individual creamers and other food items. It is hard to have breakfast without creating a pile of landfill garbage.

Nothing was walkable, facility had outdoor dirt, webs, etc. that would be easily removed to give a better first impression. Breakfast was closed too early and was very minimal in choices.

Hôtel propre et confortable, très gentil monsieur à la reception à notre arrivée. Ça prend absolument un auto pour se rendre au village.Déjeuner correct, fini à 9hre, trop tot pour la fin de semaine. Bon rapport qualite-prix, nous y sommes allés pour cette raison.

The Stanley Hotel comes to mind. Desolate, empty. Lots of little noises, paper thin walls. Could hear every thump and bump from the hallway. Sounded like someone tossing around heavy boxes.

Check in was easy & friendly staff. Property was very clean, plenty off parking, had no complaints of any kind. We actually stayed during the weekend for wrestling regionals & everyone was very courteous, had a nice quiet stay

Overall an okay experience. Customer service was great. The room was a bit beat up and the lights on the front of the hotel kept the room lit up all night making it difficult to sleep. The beds were very uncomfortable for all of us as well. What little continental breakfast they put out during the offseason was stale.

Could have been cleaner
Hotel was off to itself. Biggest issue was the shower did not appear to have been cleaned. As for the rest of the stay it was pretty standard.

We arrived at around 3pm to check in. Upon entering the room, it was clear that it was not ready for guests. We waited an hour and a half for staff to get it ready. That is after driving 5 and a half hours to get there. The fridge didn't work nor the room phone. Other than that it was an okay stay. The continental breakfast was nice and the staff was pleasant.

Dirty. Arrived at 1530hrs (check-in is at 1500hrs) and was told the room wasn’t ready. I asked if we could have a room that was ready. We went to the new room and discovered the shower didn’t drain at all and was handed a jug of Drano and was told to pour it in and then wait 5 minutes. I declined and asked for another room. “Third” room was also dirty but we figured our luck was running out. Nonetheless, the window wasn’t secured, room was on the first floor. The end of the hallway near the staircase wreaked of smoked marijuana. My guess is the cleaning crew was high and didn’t do their job. Either way…. We won’t be back and I asked myself if “old-man Wyndham would approve of and/or stay in this room”.

This property was very close for use to get to the Polar Express Train ride in Bryson City. Less than a 5 minute drive and we were there. We arrived and totally forgot about breakfast. They had a pretty good breakfast. Juice and coffee was available 24/7. We will stay here again if we travel to Bryson City again.

We just stayed one night and didn't have any real expecatations, but we woke up to 4 roaches climbing on the walls and a couple other bugs. We left quickly.

Its was ok
The condition was decent. Scuff marks on the doors and walls, fingernail poilsh on the bathroom sink. The safety latch on the door was about to come off, for a 1 night stay we found 3 bugs in the room. The continental breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, 3 types of cereal, muffins, bagels, plain yogurt, oatmeal, juice, and coffee. Nothing carb friendly. The positives were they let us check in early and we were near the entrance.

Property felt dirty. Our room was directly next to the utility room - the walls are paper thin. Woke up to the sound of the washing machine and dryers quite frequently throughout the night and early morning. The hot water never got very hot - was a little disappointed about that. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and staff were very friendly.
