Es un buen hotel con buenas instalaciones pero lamentable tuvimos un percance a la hora de la entrada nos dieron otra habitación que no correspondía a la que habíamos reservado y pedí k me cambien y no pudieron hacerlo por que el hotel estaba lleno al día siguiente lo hicieron pero no pidieron ni la disculpa del caso, a pesar que pedí hablar con el gerente ,nos pareció muy mal sobre todo por ser un hotel de buena categoría Por lo demás todo muy bien en el hotel

The service was superb. Staff was helpful and very patient. They helped us with Bolt transportation, provided us with umbrellas and they also provided us with a 220 adapter. They recommended “Leo’s Sky Bar” which was magnificent and very special because it was my husband’s birthday

We had a fantastic stay at The Emerald. Our suite was equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more) for a 3 night stay. The location was a perfect home base to explore the city and our balcony provided great views. All of the rooms were impeccably clean and were all comfortably furnished. Of special note, the suite was incredibly quiet. Will definitely be back!

I stayed in a Junior Deluxe Suite for 12 nights and it was amazing. I’ve stayed in 3 other hotels in Budapest recently and this is another level. Highly recommend!

This hotel has good locations near metro and close to major sightseeing. The coffee in the lobby is good. The room is clean and equipped with kitchen, laundry and dryer. Overall I give 5 stars for this hotel and definitely recommended friend and family.

Quality modern hotel in a perfect location
An extremely good quality hotel located in the city centre, therefore being within walking distances of all attractions. Bedrooms are modern, well equipped and clean with good breakfasts served in the restaurant.

Fabulous hotel and location. Our suite was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. The location was near shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Could do better
Hotel is great location and our room was nothing like any of the pictures shown. It had a kitchen with everything you could have required if you planned on self catering which we didn't. Asked by email that as a gold member of hotels.com i should get a room upgrade and late checkout. Was advised we had in fact booked the top room so no better rooms are available. Had to pay £60 for late checkout in the end (5pm instead of 11am) We checked during our stay and other rooms was available every night. Seems Hotels.com Gold membership is pointless now!

Et utrolig dejligt hotel, beliggende lige midt i centrum af Pest, tæt på alting. Det var en skøn lejlighed, lækker morgenmad med stort udvalg, og frem for alt en super service fra personale i receptionen, uanset om vi manglede noget eller skulle hjælpe med at printe billetter til en seværdighed. Vi kan kun anbefale det på det kraftigste, og vender meget gerne tilbage til dette hotel.

The hotel well situated to things to visit in Budapest. The room clean and welcoming. The staff very helpful, we enjoyed the accommodations. I would recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was very centrally located and easy to walk everywhere and catch the train or bus. The breakfast wa nice and everything was very clean. I would stay again when I come back.

Everything was great. Only check in was not nice. I was sick and i pleased the Personal to give me my room earlier than at 2 pm, i asked twice (11 and 1 pm) but it wasnt possible and i needed to wait till 2 pm to get my room and rest. I would wish, they would call the cleaning service to make it faster and use the bed.

The suites could be improved. We had issues with the aircon as we felt it was not working. The suite was between 23.5-24.5 degrees for our stay, we mentioned to reception who provided a fan and maintenance came up the day after we checked in who just checked windows were closed and said it was working fine. We had trouble sleeping as the room was too warm. Nobody checked in on us after this for the remainder of the trip. Breakfast was over priced for the offering. No headboard on bed, no shelf in shower for products. Bedroom was too small and the fact you couldn’t walk around the bed was not good - there was a door each side of the double bed. Windows are not sound proof which also didn’t help us sleep. Location is central. Check in was good but at checkout we were not asked how our stay was.

Lovely accommodation in the heart of Budapest. Friendly staff, very clean and within easy walking distance of main attractions. Free water and flexibility from the bar to order cocktails and take them up to the room. Very handy and secure luggage storage.

A Budapest Gem!
A reasonably new hotel with excellent spacious rooms and facilities and very centrally located. Great buffet breakfast, plenty of general areas to relax and well equipped gym and a sauna. 4 stars is not enough for this hotel. I'll be back.

Fitness and sauna were awesome! All of the employees are professional and we enjoyed staying here, very clean and lots of space. Will stay here again next time we are in Budapest. Nice to have coffee machine by the lobby and the building seems a brand new.

Perfect hotel
Choosing the hotel upgraded the whole trip! The service, the cleanliness, the location! Everything wins! The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. It was ok but it lacked a bit of cheese (a lot of meat supply)
