Hi Sandeep,We are sorry to hear the towels supplied were not sufficient for your requirements. Had we been notified during your stay this is something we surely could have rectified. As for TVs in the rooms, we have found most guests travel with their own devices these days so we have focused our resources on other areas of the hotel. We do also have three communal guest lounges with TVs for the enjoyment of our inhouse guests.Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.
