“The location of the space is in my favorite area to stay when making my annual visit to Taipei- Zhongxiao Dunhua area. Great food, shopping and youthful energy. The check in process is very smooth and easy, our host is very quick with communication both before getting to Taipei and while in town. All the amenities are top-notch (laundry, AC, cooking facilities). I would highly recommend.”

“何度か利用しましたが、今回が一番状態の良い部屋でした。ただし、バスタオルが端のほつれたボロボロのもので残念でした。家でも使わないような程度の悪さです。 いわゆるウィークリーマンションのようなシステムなので静かです。キッチンがあるのも便利。ただし、バスタオルの交換はありません（ボロボロだったので交換してほしかった）。洗濯乾燥機があるので自分で洗う必要があります。トイレやバスルームなど部屋の掃除サービスもありませんので、自分で掃除する必要があり、ごみも自分でマンションのごみ集積場に捨てに行く必要があります（分別も細かい）。両替やコンシェルジュ的なサービスもありませんので、ホテルのようなサービスを期待する人は止まらない方が良いでしょう。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。日本語も片言なら通じます。”

This listing should be taken down. The monetary amounts are in us dollars, not in new Taiwanese dollars so beware!”

The owner got out of his way to accommodate my arrival time, and pick me up from the near-by subway station。Since we did not have a key to the house, the owner always made available time from his business to lock the door and let me in. “One of the best central locations in for a stay in Taipei - the apartment was very spacious and quiet and very handy to a mall which is literally 9 floors below you. We especially enjoyed walking the nearby streets and alleyways - interesting craft shops and great food at cafes & small restaurants (mind you, good food was almost everywhere in TaipeI) Highly recommended. ”
