Hotel agradable para 1 dia de parada. Habia reservado por equivocacion dos dias en vez de uno. Le.i forme al hacer el check in y me dineron que tenia que cogerlo los dos.por que habia hecho la reserva con Expedia. Pues tome los dos dias, cuando sali al.dia siguiente y llege al hotel me habian desactivado las yarjetas.

Just stayed for the night, clean comfortable. Staff was welcoming and very friendly. Best breakfast buffet compared to the other 9 stays in other places on our trip. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

The breakfast was AMAZING! And the gentleman taking care of the food was so helpful! He went above and beyond to get pancake batter for my son… super amazing!

We were on a golf vacation and stayed at the hotel for three nights. We enjoyed the breakfast and would like to complement the man in charge. I asked the front desk for more hangers and received them with no problem. The downfalls are that the hot tub was closed and the beds were hard and not comfortable. We booked and paid for our stay online and noticed that our credit card was charged again. The charges are being reversed but it could take a few days. We were told that a new employee made the error.

First time I have stayed in Butte, even though have passed through many times. It is a big enough city to offer good dining options and other things you might need. This hotel is well run, and in a very convenient location for an overnight stay and I assume longer. No refrigerator, though, and that is a bummer, I usually have on at other Holiday Inn Express I stayed at. Also, I wish IHG would honor my member # even though I book through Expedia. That seems broken. But, overall, recommend this location.

I was on the fourth floor and had trouble with the internet. The front desk employee told me to come to the 1st floor to connect. That still didn't work and I was told to call their IT department. Very frustrating as I was on a work trip and needed connection. It seemed to be something that frequently happens. The location was walking distance to shopping and food, but there is no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms.

All good but the hot tub.
All was great. The only complaint would be the hot tub wasn’t even bath water warm. After traveling all day we wanted to take a hot soak and it was chilly.

Old hotel in Butte - no free parking
When I booked this hotel I thought it would be new and fresh. I was so wrong. The front desk staff was only ok at check in. Not so welcoming. The hotel felt old and not so clean. The room was horrible. Located at the first floor and not very soundproof. I could hear everything from the hallway and the lobby. The furnitures felt old and outdated. The room didn't smell good and was dark. Tv was old and not modern. Cleaning was ok, not so good. Breakfast was below average. Staff not so friendly. Parking was not free as many other horels in the same area. Would problaby not stay here again.

On the way to Glacier National Park with family.
We used the gym, pool and hot tub. All facilities were in clean and well maintained. We enjoyed relaxing in our room. We would stay again.

Book it? Heck, yeah!
We booked last minute because the other hotel we had booked was too dirty to stay in. They were amazing! So kind and thoughtful and easy to deal with. Room was amazing. Breakfast was great and staff slayed, as my teenager would say!
