Property was good but they shutdown the elevators at night and people have to use the stairs to upper floors, carrying luggage sometimes. This needs to be addressed

Glad you and your family found the apartment good.Regarding the elevators, there was no closing at all, but an elevator called by the remote control was stopped, and the other by touching the screen, unfortunately you thought that the two elevators work with the remote control, so you could not use the other elevator, cause you left at dawn, the building guard was not available to help you.We so sorry for that and hope if you visit us again.Best regards.

A bit awkward never seeing any of the management staff, had to use whatsapp and wait for a reply! Not easy for a foreigner to sit and wait for communication. Heat in the apartment never worked, was cold the entire stay. Dining room and living room nice.

This property was perfect for our family of four. The property manager is super communicative from pre-arrival through to departure. They supplied us with all the local information we needed and ensured we had everything on site to make our stay enjoyable. Check-in (at an odd hour) and Check-out were stress-free.
