I observed a person outside the hotel's back entrance which caused deep concerns for vehicle safety in the parking lot

This hotel did not care about the benefits that I have as a gold member, and they tried to charge me for the late check out.

As per the terms of the program, any requests for late check out are subject to availability. There was no availability to honour your request due to the room demand on the day you were checking out. Busy area of the city. We used google maps as the address took us to the back entrance (unlabelled) through a series of parking lots that had me concerned we were in the wrong place. The concierge on check in gave minimal information- not much of a customer service person. Explained nothing about checkout. Unit was compact and adequate for pre-departure stay before flying.

Suffering a bit for restaurant staff and maintenance it seems. Pool area needs cleaned, is not checked regularly, shower in womens change room was broken. Have stayed here before , seems to have declined a bit. Several breweries and a cider place within walking distance is a nice bonus.

I have stayed here a few times now and I have always been impressed by this hotel. The room I had was awesome and spacious. The bed was comfortable and I was close to everything.

My room was very hot and when I called the front desk to talk to them about it I was told the A/C was shut off for the 'winter' so there was nothing they could do.

Our air conditioning is controlled by the ambient temperature outside and was fully functional during your stay. We are sorry to hear that you had an issue with the heat and we will have our Maintenance team check into the unit in your room to ensure everything is in good working order.
