1. The lady at the desk was talking and texting on her phone while trying to get us checked in. 2. She was very loud on what rooms we were in and other people were around n could hear her 3. The elevator felt unsafe to be in, sounded like it was going to break down any second 4. One room was missing a lamp and a desk chair and the other room had a broken desk chair. The lighting was very poor in the rooms. 5. People were just hanging out in the parking lot with a fire blazing drinking n smoking weed. 6. Three adults in one room n was only given one working key. To say the least was not expecting this many issues when I booked at this hotel. We have stayed at quite a few different hotels under la Quinta inn Wyndham n never had so many things wrong in once place

The bathtub had a bad area that looked like water damage possible mold. The TV did not work…. The person at the desk was very nice and came to trouble shoot the problem. The Direct TV box was unplugged.

We arrived at 1:00 am after driving all day through rain. Hoping to sleep in a bit before getting on the road again. Unfortunately, we woke at 6:00am to the toilet leaking all the way out to the room. It even got out stuff wet. We cleared out without showering or being able to use the toilet. The front desk attendant took pictures to send to manager, who said we wouldn't be reimbursed for anything. If that weren’t enough, my husband had bites or a rash or something on his arm when he awoke. There was a leak in the ceiling of the hallway so bad that they had a huge garbage can collecting the water. And the labeled “fresh coffee” we tried to at least take with us was obviously from at least the day before because it didn't even make 2 cups & it was cold. Horrible experience. .

Musty smell, especially the bedding. Dirty carpet, appeared not to have been vacuumed. Dusty. Sticky water rings on top of microwave and mini fridge. Inside of microwave dirty. Part of bathtub faucet broken. Ill-fitting/wrong size toilet seat. Would have stayed somewhere else if we had arrived earlier. Also, paper thin walls between floors/rooms.

Very tired property. Elevator was not clean. Garbage is in the hallways not emptied. For a little attention given to this facility by staff. Our sheet had a big worn tear hole right in the middle. They did not have a spare to replace it so changed rooms. Not what we expected from our past stays at La Quinta. Our last day was at Dalton, Georgia 10 minutes away and it was very good.

Hotel and room had a very foul smell. Room and hotel dirty and run down. Stains everywhere things clearly not wiped down. Marker drawings on walls. If you just want a hot shower (very little water pressure) and bed, then you’re fine. We stayed at a LaQuinta on the beginning of our trip in Tifton Georgia that was nice seemed to have standards but this place was gross!

Staff was very nice, bed was comfortable. Other than those two things, not good. I will NEVER stay again. I visit this area about once a month. Toliet had splatter, inside it, drips down it, hair stuck on it. Floor looked to be unvaccumed, dog hairs on floor amd couch. Dust all over furniture, thick dust. Items dropped behind nightstands, including a ziplock bag of food and used tissue. Coffee maker tray had spilled dried coffee on it, looked like it had not been washed in a very long time. Wish I could post the pictures I took. I was half afraid to sleep in bed after seeing uncleanliness of the room. I was very tired and not feeling well. I did share with staff member upon checkout a d she wrote some things down on a paper, but pretty much only said im sorry amd stated they have a different maid on floor two. I wasted $100 and wont do it again. In December I stayed at Fairfeild Marriott on same exit. I will be going there again and happy to pay a little more for cleanliness and much better breakfast.

We had to move 3 times and still was not happy with conditions of the rooms, ripped sheets, horrible bathrooms, never vaccumed, bad food, Mr Patel should be ashamed to put his name on this property, I would like a full refund! There is no quality control here!

Floors desperately needed to be vacuumed; both the hallways and guest rooms, items in room were greasy & dusty, toilets were not properly cleaned, toilet seat didn’t fit toilet, bedsheets were ripped and stained. There needs to be some sort of QUALITY control to be sure that rooms are clean and sanitary for all guests.
