Bueno para dormir y pasear durante el dia. Recomiendo el desayuno, aunque se tienen muchas opciones justo al lado, como el KFC, Mc Donalds, Ed's y otros restaurantes. COSTA un buen cafe! Llegas al hotel cansado y siempre puedes ir a echar un bocado justo al lado. O comprarte un helado. Es muy conveniente.

Buen hotel muy alejado de Cambridge
El hotel es lindo, limpio, comodo pero No tiene ascensores y hay que subir el equipaje por escalera. Se encuentra muy alejado de la ciudad de Cambridge y es dificil encontrarlo, esta cerca de la ruta. Tiene como punto positivo un centro comercial de comidas justo al lado. Es un hotel mas adecuado para trabajadores camioneros o viajantes. Un hotel de ruta. No es el ideal para turismo.

Buscaba un hotel a buen precio pero no tuve en cuenta que está muy alejado de la ciudad.

Estancia por negocios de dos dias
En terminos generales estoy satisfecho con la estancia. Se trata de un hotel en un area de servicio junto a la M11. Bastante adecuado si se trata fe un viaje de negocios en el que tienes que viajar alrededor de Cambridge en vehiculo propio. Hay facilidades de parking, gasolinera en el mismo area, zona de restaurancion y tiendas justo al lado del hotel. Respecto al establecimiento, la decoracion de las instalaciones y habitaciones es sencilla y sobria. La habitacion disponia de todo excepto de plancha. El desayuno aceptable. Para la cena tuve que esperar mas de 40 minutos hasta que me sirvieran, y parece que era algo generalizado con el resto de comensales. El sevicio fue quiza el unico punto debil. Los empleados son amables pero el servicio es demasiado lento en todos los aspectos.

Firstly, the property is no way close to the images shown. It's shabby, dirty and rooms were a hot furnace even at temperatures of 15 degree C. We had booked for 2 nights, couldn't sleep the 1st night and due to the shabby state, felt sick as well. However, on complaining, the staff at reception (Josh) apologised and agreed for a full refund, so we checked out of the hotel after 1st day of stay. However, i have been following up with the manager Louise as per suggested email by josh and there is no reply or response about the refund. Please refund my money and improve the state of the hotel.

Staff we’re really helpful and helped us sort out the meal deals, comfortable bed and lovely and quiet, never stayed In service hotel before but will definitely be going to this one again

The Reception staff. Jamie and Richard were excellent both on check-in and shortly afterwards answering several questions and taking actions as appropriate in response to them in a very prompt courteous and professional manner. Overall, they represented Ramada extremely well.

Friendly staff and reasonably priced for a bit dated room(noticed under and around beds needed a good vacuum after checking we hadnt left anything behind).

This place has not been properly maintained. The vents in the ceiling were filled with dust, the paint or wallpaper on the walls were coming off, and the bathroom was filled with grime around the sink and in the shower tall. I couldn't stay in there at all due to how unkept it was. I asked for a refund due to leaving on site and have yet to receive it. This place is not meant for an extended stay.

Our first impression was watching a teenager vomit in the hallway as we made our way to our room. Tje vomit and the smell remained there for days despite bringing it to the attention of the front desk daily. The hotel itself is in a sad state of disrepair and unclean.

Avoid!
Lights in room didn’t turn on form switch, bedside lamp hanging off wall by wires and on a two night stay room not serviced. Apparently rooms are serviced every few days if you stay more than one when I enquired. Spoke to staff members who simply apologised but seemed quite frighteningly unaware of the seriousness of the issues particularly a light hanging off the wall!

Value for money
Basic but had everything we needed. The shower head and cubicle cojld do with a deep clean as were mouldy but water pressure and temperature was still good. Seemed to be dogs barking for most of the night...unsure if they were also guests or outside of the hotel butnkept setting our dog off which resulted in 4 tired people this morning

Disappointing experience
The room condition should have been maintained better. Fortunately staff were being nice to me. We stayed there for two night. The room was not tidied up automately the following day. Staff replied that you needed to request for it. Strange to me, it did not happen when I travelled to other place else.

Great variety of available food near by. Great value for money. Only downside was not provided enough towels, cups or milk for a family of 4 but was rectified when requested.

Two night stay. Hotel was ok but a little tired. Hook in bathroom was hanging off the door. Hairdryer not working. Body wash in shower was empty when we arrived. Not enough cups for 3 of us and no glasses in the room. Reception provided glasses and cups when we asked.

Very comfortable and good value for money. Unfortunately my stay was spoiled by the fire alarm going off during the evening and again early in the morning. There was an ironing board but no iron strangely enough. But otherwise it was fine.

Basic hotel, for the traveller. Not designed or in the right place for more than one night stay. Hotel based within the Cambridge Services area. I don't think I have stayed in a Ramada Hotel before, I thought it may be if better quality but it served my requirements for the night. Breakfast was very basic overdone bacon. Had to ask for everything. No bread out and when asking only had brown.Coffee machine broken. No cutlery on table. Breakfast not worth £11. I would have had a better deal getting a McDonald's from next door.
