EXCELENTE OPCIÓN en Cambridge
EXCELENTE OPCIÓN. El cuarto es enorme, con cocineta, una mesita, baño amplio. El hotel tiene gimnasio y amenidades lindas. La decoración esta súper y todo es apto para personas con discapacidad. La zona está súper linda, un poco alejado del centro pero muy bonito. 100% recomendable.

Very handy for our weekend at PiWars competition, easy transport with a good bar and restaurant. Sadly no decaffeinated tea in the room or on the premises. I would return to this hotel in future. Many thanks for a pleasant and quiet stay.

Incredibly comfortable bed - spacious and well equipped one bedroom suite - very quiet area but good connections to major roads and nearby Park and Ride into Cambridge. Minor niggles - bathroom lighting a bit dim for shaving/makeup and showerheads need unblocking more regularly. Overall will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is very spacious and quiet. We also parked for both nights, which was fine but a little steep at £15 per night. Our studio/room was a little dirty when we arrived..crumbs and smudges all over the kitchen area. The bathroom wasn't that clean either e.g we found a hair stick to the hand wash. There is no restaurant attached but there is one a few mins walk from the lobby (astronomer). There is a convenient bus stop that gets you into the city centre in 15mins and tickets are available from the lobby desk, so it's still a good option if you want to visit the central areas.

Overpriced for what it was
We arrived just before 6pm and checked in was no issue. Upon getting into the room, the room was in a mess and bed was not made. I took some photos and went to see customer service. We were given another slightly bigger room as compensation. We were tired at this point, went to grab some ready meals from nearby supermarket & return to heat it up. To our horror, the extraction fan for the kitchen is not connected properly. Thus, we didn’t attempt to cook anymore and at this point of time, we won’t bother to change as very unlikely to give them repeat business in the future.

We use this a a base when working in the area, rooms are big with seperate living / sleeping areas so easy to work with a few colleagues in kitchen / living room. 30 minute brisk walk (quicker by scooter) to the lovely, busy city centre with loads of eating options.

Not a hotel, an apartment without phone or cutlery
This is sold as a 4 star hotel, but it is not, it operates as a set of apartments with no hotel owned restaurant/bar, no room service and no phone in the room. The room I had suffered from a constant beeping from something electronic all night, no cutlery or even a teaspoon for the coffee/tea (but no phone to call for them), no TV in the bedroom, screwed down toiletries making difficult to use, no toothbrush on reception because I forgot mine and a wet and windy 30 yard trip from restaurant to room with breakfast/coffee (I dropped the coffee trying to open the hotel's door. So if you want a serviced apartment, this is a nice one, but if you you believe it is a 4 star hotel per the advertising, it is not that.

We always appreciate feedback from our guests and insights such as you rs are incredibly important to us.We are sorry to read that you did not enjoy aspects of your stay. The Locke brand is an aparthotel concept which does offer apartments to guests but has hotel amenities too. The property does have a fantastic cocktail bar Dutch on site along with the BREW coffee shop and Astronomer Restaurant which evben though they are located on the Hyatt side of the building are available for Locke guests too. We are sorry that you were not informed of the cutlery drawer. This is located inside the drawer where the pots and pans are located under the oven. As a brand we do not offer phones in the apartments but utilise the Whatsapp service with a contact number on the TV. Again as a brand we do not position TVs in the bedroom area to help promote good sleep but we do understand this is not for everyone.Thank you again for your review and we do hope that you will give us another chance if you return to Cambridge.Kind Regards,Martin NewbouldGeneral Manager

Look for the restaurant and the entrance is just a few metres further on. (Unsigned) Parking is underground round the back and they have charges (21kw). I think there is about 16 of them but some were occupied by non electric cars!! Bus was just over the road to take you to the centre. £2 one way and £3 for unlimited for the day. Room had a small kitchen which was great for breakfast.

After an unavoidable airline delay, the property marked me as a "no show" even though I had contacted them, and kept my entire 5-day payment. The staff was not polite. Make sure you check their intense cancellation policy, where they keep your entire payment if you leave early or change plans late.
