Hotel bastante bueno en general
Hotel situado cerca de la playa aunque alejado de la zona principal de bares de Canggu. Habitaciones un poco pequeñas para 3 personas y baño un poco justo tambien. Todo muy limpio. Personal muy amable, nos dejaron entrar a las habitaciones varias horas antes de la hora de check-in.

It’s not a 5-star hotel but has everything you need for a relaxing trip for a great price!! Worth it. Staff are all friendly. Pool and eating area on roof is small but it’s not crowded so it’s greet for working and relaxing… Beach clubs are only 5 mins walk away - and shopping as well.

Just one towel each in the room and no toilet paper but the rest was great. The neighborhood is great in canggu and the hotel is very comfortable in terms of beds and space. I would definitely recommend it

Overall the KOA Surfer was a wonderful hotel for my adult daughter and I to stay in for 7 days. The hotel is clean, well managed, AC, refrig, bathroom and outlets all working. We had a room with 2 twin beds and they were long and wide enough for my 6 foot frame. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food, made to order omelettes or eggs and lattes made to order from the breakfast bar. All the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were welcoming, friendly, helpful and responsive to our minor requests and/or questions. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach-about 15 min. walk but we chose to take a GRAB car that were abundant in and around the hotel with clean cars and friendly, competent drivers. We would definitely stay at the KOA Surfer hotel again.

The staff was professional, polite, accommodating and pleasant. We were 2 people and every day we had to ask for 2 xtra towels and toilet paper each day which was a bit inconvenient. Overall everything was a 4.5/5. We would stay there again:)

Awesome stay
Awesome stay. Hotel has everything you can think of. Cafe on rooftop with pool and lounge area. Mini spa downstairs. Great location. And great clean and comfortable modern room with modern bathroom.

Rooms was nice but I was located on 5th floor with plant room making noise all night above. Elevator broke down and the front stairs are dangerous. Had to use back stairs. The hotel does have nice pool and bar on roof. Restaurants and shops are within ten minutes walk. Beach about same distance. Walking anywhere from hotel is not good as you need to walk on the road. No street lights at night. Stuff could have better training. 3 pm checkin is not good.

You get what you pay for: a simple and clean place. There is no real difference between the cheap/ more expensive rooms so just get the cheapest one. The rooms are clean and according to the pictures. The roof terrace is a nice spot to unwind and get a beer.

Bra, men skuffende mat!
Bra hotel, men maten på hotellet er ingenting å skryte av. Frokosten var så og si bare toast og egg. Restaurant maten var stort sett smakløst, manglet en del salt. Veldig få solsenger med bassenget så vanskelig å kunne sole seg med bassenget. Men hotellrommet var bra, renholdet flott! Og de som jobbet der var utrolig hjelpsomme og hyggelige!

I go back every year. The staff is kind and courteous. The hotel is very affordable and offers all the same amenities as high end more expensive hotels. It’s a great location and right by the beach.

Beautiful hotel and nice price - definitley
Lovely modern hotel,beautiful rooftop pool and 'beach area' that we mainly had to ourselves, friendly and helpful staff - we only stayed one night but wish we stayed longer. The only issue we had was location as a bit out of teh way from central canggu but quick taxi ride. breakfast was basic but adequate. seen comments about staff not speaking English and I do not agree with this - everyone was very friendly and helpful

Personalen kändes besvärade när vi pratade med dem. De ville inte hyra ut scooter till oss den dagen vi skulle checka ut, även om vi hade kvar vårt bagage där. Housekeeping knackade på kl. 9 på morgonen och vi hade inte fått information eller någon skylt för att undvika det. Dessutom var man tvungen att lämna en deposition på 500 000 rupies för minibaren. Vilket ger intrycket av att de inte litar på sina gäster.

직원 서비스 형편없습니다 화장실에서 악취 심해요 메인로드에서 멀어서 힘들어요 비오면 호텔앞 도로 홍수나서 오토바이타고 들어오는데 더러운 물 뒤집어 쓰고 들어와야해요 오토바이들 멀쩡한게 거의 없어요 짱구에서의 일정이 코아드때문에 별로...4박중 2박 금액 버린샘 치고 사누르 갈 계획을 짜게 만든 숙소 다시는 안갑니다 싼것도 아님 18박 숙소들 중 가장별로

Bargain but obvious why.
Bit of a tired hotel. Seems like somewhere that’s about to go bust. Everything was okay. Lifts smelt horrible. Shower was mould smelling and the pool area needs some love. All in all cheap hotel night it’s worth it. But wouldn’t stay on purpose.

- We boekten de suite en waren hierover toch wat teleurgesteld. Het stemde niet echt overeen met de foto’s op de website. - Zowel ‘s avonds, ‘s nachts als ‘s ochtends was er heel wat lawaai op de gangen van het hotel. + Het hotel ligt dicht bij het strand en het zwembad op de zesde verdieping is zeker leuk om te ontspannen. Het personeel boven aan de bar is ook zeer vriendelijk.
