10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order.
Hotel and location very good. Once in the room, when calling room service or laundry, it takes from 5 to 10 minutes waiting. In once occassion, after waiting and order dinner, the guy forgot and waited almost one hour for it. Gym did not have towels, so went to the room totally wet. Long qeues in checking in and checking out. Those are details that should be taken care of since a hotel experience depends mainly in customer service.

Hotel Novotel Casablanca City Center: bien situado
El hotel está al ladito del puerto y pegando a la Antigua Medina. Paseando tranquilamente se llega a la Mezquita de Hassan II en unos 20 minutos y el Twin Center estárá más o menos también a 20 o 25 minutos.

Staff are very helpful but we had to change rooms because the air-conditioning was not functioning properly and the room was hot. The new room was slightly better. Although this hotel is very basic, I had hoped they would provide a toothbrush and a shower cap at the very least. Location wise it is near Rick’s cafe which is everyone’s favourite destination.
