breakfast was awesome. room was not cleaned right. cloths left in drawer from previous stay. plays a small plant was left in window sill was made by a child for a mother. hand prints on pot etc . when i opened curtain fell on floor dirt went everywhere. when i told the front desk he made excuses z “pot must have been small” no it was not. no apology. told about cloths in drawer made more excuses

Great value for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of charging stations which was nice for our family wanting to charge phones/tablets prior to flying. Hot breakfast was decent. I’d stay again if flying out of Cedar Rapids airport.

It was Quiet, getting off the elevator we were greeted by a women with 2 out of control dogs on long leashes and got tangled around our legs, breakfast was supposed to be 6-9, got there at 8:30, nothing left and what was left was cold, gentleman cleaning up already, floor was filthy. Checkout, no one at the front desk

We have stayed at this property several times a year. We always found the staff to be pleasant. The reason we chose this property over others is that we could leave our car there for free and take the shuttle to and from the airport. In fact we just did that again this past February. I always confirm that we can leave our vehicle for free and it has never been a problem. This time was different, we were told that we would be charged for leaving the vehicle there. Also, we rented two rooms and in one the TV did not work. The occupant of that room went to the desk to tell them it didn't work. He was told they couldn't help him and he needed to call from his room for assistance. He did that and it still did not work. He went back to the desk and was told to try again. He did and thru the call could still not get it to work. He went back to the desk and this time a tech was sent to his room and got it working. My husband and I were in the common area and the staff person came to me and said that if the person in the room with the non working TV came down one more time she was going to kick him out. The tech who came to the room got the TV to work and was very pleasant. Based on this experience we will have a difficult time staying here again. In the past I have told family and friends about the great shuttle service and free parking. We were extremely disappointed.

It was a great option for park and fly! The 24 hour shuttle option was super helpful because our flight changed from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.

Probably one of my favorite hotel stays. Extremely comfortable room and bed, kind staff & calm safe environment. Look forward to staying again!

Property was great n facilities where great. But are stool didn't work. Wouldn't flush. Told person at front desk about it and nothing got done. Thankfully all we needed to use bathroom for was to pee. Otherwise stay was fine

Our blanket inside the blanket had what appeared to be blood smears. Terrified my young granddaughter. We couldn’t take towels outside of pool area so had to freeze on way to room (and lots of dripping). Bed was awful! Felt like cheap mattress and hurt my body to lay on it because it was so very hard. Elevator made terrible sound and clunked and doors wouldn’t close all the way. Bell hops were inside the hotel over 200 feet from entrance.

Lobby was not clean, furniture in lobby was dusty and dirty. Floors were dirty. Room needed a good vacuum and there was toilet paper in toilet that had not been flushed.

Never staying here again!
I wouldn’t recommend nor stay here again. For the cost the room was not clean and evening staff couldn’t even provide proper bedding for the pull out sofa bed our kids had to sleep in. We asked for blankets and pillows and we’re informed they didn’t have any. Or sheets for the bare mattress. After finally receiving two pillows we were handed mattress covers for our kids to use as blankets. Not thrilled nor impressed. Payed less for a nicer, cleaner, friendly and helpful hotel.
