This guest house has a beautiful courtyard reminiscent of Andalucia, and two beautiful terraces where you can take their delicious breakfast with a view of the mountains. The staff was helpful, especially Muhammad at the reception, who helped me tie a rug I'd bough onto my rolling suitcase. The problems, however, were many: very hard to find, even in a smallish medina like Chefchaouen. Signs on nearby alleys would be very useful to the weary traveler, as would a littlee map given to guests. My room, the Rkia (sp?) suite, was very strange, with no room to move around the bed upstairs, and nearly impossible to sit on the toilet, the space was so tight. There was also not a wastebasket in anywhere in the two-story suite. Also, my room wasn't made up/cleaned the second day I was there. Weird, but beautiful outside the room. It looked like other rooms were much nicer, with one on top being absolutely amazing, with private terrace, etc.
