I had a problem with my reservation. It was canceled and I didn't know. I didn't get an email from expedia or the hotel, I only founf out when I got to there at 10:30pm. However the staff was amazing and sorted out for me. Tonny and Leo were great and really friendly.

Todo esta muy bien, solo creo que pudieran ampliar un poco su abanico de sabores en el tee de cortesia, y los eevadores que tengan mas periodicos sus mantenimientos, trabajar con uno solo esta complicado, esperas mucho para subir o bajar.

Positivo: Estuve con mi familia y mi estancia fue increíble recomiendo el hotel por su ubicación, precio y habitaciones muy cómodas. ( Ronnie y Pedro hacen la diferencia en customer service ) su servicio fue excelente :) Negativo: El hotel tiene a una recepcionista muy grosera y mal educada, Desde que llegamos se porto grosera. Se porto muy mal conmigo y mintió cuando baje a aclarar una situación con el gerente además que nunca se le pidió su opinión se metió en la conversación. EXPEDIA, tiene que ser más claro con sus publicaciones respecto a sus habitaciones, ya que ofrece 2 tipos de habitaciones con cocineta y presenta las mismas fotos. Cuando llegue a hacer check in me lleve la sorpresa que una tiene estufa y la otra no y expedía las presenta iguales. Eso no es culpa del hotel y ellos muy amables me dieron la habitación con estufa sin cargo extra por que les enseñe las fotos y me dieron la razón.

Hotel muy bien ubicado (enfrente de la Torre Trump). Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero nosotros solo llegábamos al hotel a dormir. La habitación muy limpia, hay que llamar para que hagan la limpieza, pero la hacen sin ningún costo. Volvería a reservar aquí.

THE SUPER RONNIE!!!
Nuestra estancia fue uno de los mejores. El recepcionista que se llama Ronnie, es el mejor recepcionista del mundo mundial, nos trató super genial. La habitación uff genial. También la ubicación excelente.
