Skybridge connection was super good. Only thing is the microwave is outside of the rooms, would've been nice to have one inside instead of the ice holder or the coffee machine

-Esta bien ubicado el hotel -El colchón estaba muy usado se sentía un hueco en la cama, no estuvo cómodo. -Tienes que pagar el estacionamiento $15 dólares por día, en otros hoteles en tu tarifa te incluye el estacionamiento.

Muy bueno
El hotel es muy cómodo, el estacionamiento vale 15 $ y está a Lado del hotel, lo único que no estuvo bien fue el aire acondicionado no enfriaba toda la habitación y no se podía manipular para graduar la temperatura, pero lo demás todo muy bueno el precio es muy bueno para la zona. Lo recomiendo. Y lo importante es que todo estaba limpio

I would highly recommend this property. It’s very convenient, a short walking distance to the convention center if you are attending , and to the fashion outlet for your shopping. The hotel also has free shuttle ride to and from the airport. All staff were nice. Their bed is comfortable and soft. The carpet is clean and doesn’t smell. The bathroom is a very good size. This hotel made our stay an amazing experience in Rosemont IL.

The shuttle service from the Airport back to the hotel never stopped to pick us up. I had to call an uber to take me and my family back to the hotel. I travel alot for work. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I will also never recommend this hotel to any of my aquaintences. When I called to see what happened to the driver I got put on hold for over 20 minutes. By that time I had gotten an Uber and got a ride back to the hotel. Horrible service.

The stuff is not helpful and careless. We asked a crib but they never sent one to our room. WI-FI sucks and has no signal. No water to drink. The bottled water is 5 dollars each. No swimming poor but they described online that they had an indoor swimming pool. Over 30 dollars for parking. 20 dollars for kid’s buffet in the morning. Stay away from this hotel.

Nice stay
A great 1-day stay. Great room. Nice gym. And super breakfast We waited a couple of hours in the lobby for our flight. Close to the airport, 10 minutes Room service was expensive.
