The only time in my life I had to change three times my room in 3 nights. The first night we had to change rooms because the heater was non operational! the guy at the front desk helped us immediately and gave us a new room, then we got a very rainy next day and when we came back to our room we found all my luggage soaked! the room had a water leak and water was dropping from the ceiling, I couldn't believe it! but I was too tired to pack all my things up and request a room so I had to deal with the sound of the water leak dropping all night. The next morning we got a new room assigned, but I'll probably never coming back to this hotel. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly but it seems they are not giving any upkeep to their facility

The website said that there was dining and a lounge area. However it never mentioned it was only Open Monday through Thursday. We booked this hotel for that reason we were only staying that one evening. It was very inconvenient for us to try to find something after traveling more than 24 hours.

Loved the convenience of check in , room placement, and cleanliness and pet friendly!!!!!!!!! Hotel needs bigger room wastebaskets, hangars and bench in the bathroom, and better coffeemakers in the room..( alwsys a problem with coffeemakers) Also , garbage cans for pet waste outside..This is our third time here.

We had a King bed room but wouldve liked better the King bed suite. Need for better coffeemakers in each room, each time it malfunctioned. Need for fixing eastern side fascade that is cracking and falling off of outside wall..Saturday nite was noisy in hallways. Will stay there again.Front desk staff at 3pm was Friendly and helpful.

Check-in was easy. I only wish the digital check-in worked so I didn't have to stop at the front desk. But the property was lovely, and the bedding was comfortable. I was only there for one night, and it served its purpose. It was my third time staying there, so I will be back.

Your check in clerk for the 3-11 shift was awesome. Friendly and nice and very helpful. The room was very clean and smelled clean and refreshing!! All linens were white,clean and fresh. Floors vacuumed , tile spotless!! Lobby modern and clean!! Breakfast was good !! We will stay here again!! Thank you very much!! ( Loved the amenities in the bathroom shower)!!!

I stayed here to avoid driving back into the city after a local friends birthday party. Everything was pretty much great except for the shower. There was very little pressure and I love a lot of pressure pressure specially, having to wash my hair and I’m not sure who designed the shower but it’s not my liking in order to turn on the water you have to go into shiwer most likely you’re gonna get wet like I did
