La estancia muy bien, mi problema es con todos los cargos adicionales que todavia me siguen haciendo, el reembolso de los 150 usd al ingreso nunca llegaron, y todavia me siguen haciendo cobros que no deben de hacer, estoy inmerso en un monton de aclaraciones con mi banco, pues si muy buen precio del hotel pero entre el los 150 usd dolares que cobran al inicio, estacionamiento y cobros fantasma el hotel sale ridiculamente caro, pesimo el tema de la claridad de los cargos.

Thank you for your feedback. We do collect a deposit of 150.00 at check-in that is returned to you within 3-5 business days, if it wasn't used during your stay. Our parking options are all posted on our website and advised to you again at check-in. We also give the option of reviewing your charges with you at checkout. We welcome you to reach out to us directly if you feel that any charges you've accrued were deceptive in any way. We want to do all we can to make this right for you. We will provide your feedback to our management team to see if there are areas to improve on. We hope you give us another chance to show you a better experience.

El Hotel bien ubicado , no hacen el aseo diariamente , sino cada tercer día . El Sofá cama es súper incómodo . El Desayuno es suficiente y los que atienden son muy atentos/ Muy molesto el ruido de la estación de bomberos c ya que está enfrente del hotel .

La gente super amable, la ubicación es perfecta puedes caminar a casi todos lados, muy buenas opciones alrededor, el unico problema no servia un elevador y el fin de semana que estaban lleno fue un problema, aveces mas de 15 minutos oara poder bajar o subir.

Gran opción si quieres tener una estancia agradable y accesible, estaciones de metro cerca, restaurantes cerca, farmacias y tiendas como Target o Marshalls. La atención excelente desde la recepción hasta en el desayuno (Javier y Fannie que son del staff de desayuno muy amables y serviciales). Te hacen sentir como en casa. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Excelente Hotel
Un excelente servicio en todo momento. Habitaciones muy confortables con buenos espacios y limpias. El único aspecto que no me gustó fue la poca iluminación en la habitación.

Muy buen ubicado, tiendas, restaurantes y cosas por hacer muy cerca, todo accesible caminado. La atención de Javier y Fanny súper bien no puedo decir lo mismo de las personas del recepción. El cuarto muy cómodo, amplio para las 4 personas que estuvimos pero el sofá cama estaba terrible, en muy mal estado y se le sentían los resortes. En general bien, volvería a llegar pero no tomaría en cuanta que una persona puede dormir en el sofá cama

En cuestión de limpieza de habitacion no fue agradable porque de 6 noche q estuve solo la limpiaron una vez. Lo mejor es la atención de Javier y fannie en el aérea de desayuno. Y en la recepción son atento a lo que uno necesita. Se lo recomiendo porque todo está cerca y fácil de encontrar.

Location it was good, but the furniture it was a little bit old, our sofa it was very bad, we have to sleep in the floor too bad!!!! My back is terrible now!

Hotel SÚPER SÚPER recomendado. Un hotel con personal súper atento (en especial Javi y Fanny que se encargaba de los desayunos) el desayuno súper bien, no se repetía el menú, siempre caliente y limpio. La gente de recepción siempre atentos. Cuartos amplió y limpios. Hotel que no es viejo y buenas instalaciones. Súper céntrico y fácil de llegar a todos lado

El personal que esta en el restaurant por las mañanas vale muchisimo la pena, muy atentos y muy serviviales, te hacen sentir en confianza. Nos hicieron sugerencias para shows o lugares que visitar y hadta aclararon dudas del transporte publico

Excelente hotel
Habíamos leído en las reseñas que estaban en frente de una estación de bomberos, y les pedimos que nos subieran de cuarto y en efecto nos mandaron al piso 17 para que no se escuchara tanto. Al estar en ese piso, también las vistas eran increíbles. Las camas muy cómodas y el staff siempre muy atento. Estamos encantados con nuestra estancia!
