Hotel muy limpio,
Queda cerca del Aeropuerto, Centro Comerciales y la zona es tranquila y segura. Desayuno completo, area de parqueo amplia.

I'd come here again & again. Chicago lodging with added taxes is quite expensive but the value here was excellent from the greeting at front desk, immaculate room, pool, great food and bartender. The airport shuttle and drivers were a bonus and left a great first and last impression. What I do not like is the $20 overnight parking fees as this is not downtown and on top of high Ohare car rentals it stings so it is almost better depending on what one needs to do-- to Uber and skip a car which I did for the weekend and saved over $360!

I had to stay in Chicago due to a 4 hour delay in Charlotte, which resulted in missing my connecting flight that day. Upon checking in with my 9 week old puppy ( which was clearly visible), I was not informed that there would be an additional 75.00 charge for her. They just charged my credit card without informing me. Deceiving? Not for coming? Unprofessional? All of the above. Customers should have been informed of this at check in. I stayed at a Sheridan hotel in Charlotte the night before and had no additional charges. I may add that I was very careful that she didn’t soil or destroy anything in the room. Thanks Hilton, I’ll be staying anywhere except with you on future trips.

The desk staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel - the food was fine and the service was good. There was really nothing else around, so no opportunities for other food or picking up incidentals, since we had no car. The hotel shuttle was prompt and was available 24 hours, which was good because we had to be at the airport very early the next morning.

The staff are very attentive and have wonderful customer service. They made you feel at home. I had a great weekend with my husband and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub. It was close to the casino so we had some fun there as well and didnt have to drive far. The hotel is very well kept and clean! I would reccomend staying here!

Check in wasn't very communicative and acted rushed. I asked her if there was an upgrade available for a one bedroom suite. She said you're in a one bedroom. I had booked some time ago and couldn't remember. Nope. Just a regular hotel room. It seems to me that being desk personnel should know the difference. Maybe this hotel doesn't have suites. I don't know. Because she doesn't know. Outside of that we had a great time. Pool area a little dirty but that could have just been because the people were slobs that day and they hadn't gotten to clean it yet. Fake eyelashes and band aids laying around. Yuck!
