Loved how there was a pool. Enjoyed the breakfast provided, was delicious and provided lots of different options. Room was clean and well kept. Would come here again.

Excelente hotel buena ubicacion tiendas restaurantes, el desayuno incluido muy completo todos muy amables el unico inconveniente es que en recepcion no hablan español, pero tratan de entender lo que les preguntas

Me hagarro picazon en mi piel las sabanas
Ya habia estado en holiday express y no fue asi de desagradable, estubimos 3 dias y no nos pusieron toallas limpias, no limpiaron la habitación, no funcionaba la cafetera, el reloj despertador, ni los tomas electricos. No lo recomiendo a nadie

Front desk estubimos esperando 10 minutos para hacer el check in y cuando por fin llego la persona de mala gana nos atendio, de lo demas hotel todo perfecto

Buen hotel
La estancia fue agradable, sin embargo cada día tenía que pedir que hicieran la limpieza de la habitación, hubo días que no la hicieron por que faltaba personal. El personal de limpieza muy amables y dispuestas a hacerlo.

my daughter had an accident (34 stitches) with a luggage trolley that was in poor condition, the establishment is dirty, the air conditioning does not work, on the website it says that breakfast is buffet style and they only give you a bag with a Muffin and a bottle of water, the girl at the reception grumpy, the area is unsafe for nothing worth the price and does not match the description, I had always booked by expedition and after making a complaint and your trust in Expedia only gives you a $ 50 coupon for your next parchase and they do not solve anything ... the worst experience!

Current condition is fairly old and often had problems with the room key working then not working. The property is under renovation so maybe it will be better in late 2025.

Some floors were renovated however one of group was put on a floor that was not. Old outdated rooms and musty. Room on 5th floor was nice except the constant humming from a pipe.

Rooms were newly updated and clean. Only complaint I have is the construction that was going on early in the morning. Waking up to hammering sounds wasn’t pleasant. Otherwise hotel was decent for a quick trip.

The service staff were good except for their casual attire. I did not think they were the people who worked there, I thought they were guests staying there. And when you are giving someone your credit card to pay for your room you want to feel secure in who you are giving it to. The front desk associate was wearing jogging pants and a hoodie with the hood on over his head and it shaded his face which made it difficult to see his face. The room was very outdated, cracked lampshades, no vent in bathroom, furnishings, train tracks by the building, hot breakfast wasn’t served (said that something was broken), it was rough. Everything seemed like it was ok until we went to bed and all we could smell through the vents was marijuana-when it’s going through the vents there’s nothing you can do, you are stuck smelling it. Moving to another room wouldn’t have helped. It was not a great experience.

Hotel rooms completely nasty an beyond old fashion. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in years! The bed mattress hard like cardboard. And the sheets was dingy
