We stayed four nights, reasonably priced.
Hôtel Riu is a new & modern hotel, conveniently situated across from Victoria station. Rooms are roomy & big, bathrooms spacious with a big shower. Staff are awesome & helpful. Jolly came out to help with our suitcases when we went to the opposite side of the hotel. Very pleasant & happy young man.
When we checked in, I specifically asked the reception staff if our assigned room was a handicapped room on the 4th floor & she said no. The sink was so low that each time we use it, we got a “backache”. I felt it was deceitful & disrespectful of the staff to assign us that room despite my request. We were told after, there are plans to replace the sinks in the future, we did not change rooms as we were leaving after another night’s stay.
On a positive note, the inclusive breakfast is excellent with lots of varieties, English style buffet, plus cold meats, salmon & many other items including pastries & breads & beverages.
My husband & I & our friends would return to stay here in our next trip. Thank you.

"Location, location, location! This hotel location is unbeatable. 10 min walking to the metro, across stret of London tower and london bridge. Peopla are amazing. Hotel condition: uhhhhhhhh. But you forgot about this because the view from your room is breathtaking."
