“Mouillé Point Places is a convient location. Bus stop just out front and a Red City Sightseeing bus stop a few minutes walk up the street Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We recommend Bobo’s or Lily’s for lunch or dinner. Our flat had a lovely ocean view. The building has security guards on duty at all times. While we were there, the water heater in our flat broke and the maintenance team fixed it in about two hours. A great place to stay. DW Cincinnati USA”

“I was very happy at One Calais, everything was clean and worked. Check in was simple and the room well fitted out. The apartment is in a nice area and very close to all the restaurant and shops in Sea Point. The only thing you guys need to invest in is a generator or solar. The load shedding is a pain.”

“The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. Especially for those of us coming from colder climates not used to the heat there. Check in process could be better too . “Good day, I advise the host I arrived at the hotels, and the area was unsafe, and my car could not be parked safe. I had to find a last-minute accommodation after 5pm on a Wednesday evening during driving through peek Cpt traffic. All had to happen before my function started at 6pm. Not that I expected a refund but would've appreciated some kind an olive branch from the host just as a suggestion. As it was quite a stressful experience finding alternative accommodation.”
