Sorry for your experience. Not sure what you were expecting but it is a fair hotel for a very low price in a great location (with a view of Pikes Peak for half of the rooms). Sadly it is an older property and will be renovated next year. In the mean time the rates reflect the condition. Hope you understand.

We drove 15 hours from Texas to Colorado just to arrive and have no room. When we arrived at approximately 5pm, they informed us that our reservation had been cancelled, and no other rooms were available. However, it was a blessing in disguise, it did not feel safe with the people that were in and around the hotel at that time. We gladly took our business elsewhere.

The "free" internet is not useable. We booked a room with 2 beds, got a room with one. Some creak junkies sleeping in hotel, making a lot of noise till dusk, could not sleep all night. Breakfast is very poor, only waffels, nothing else. Conclusion: STAY AWAY!

Mold in bathroom,no pool,no suites, noisy ppl stomping in above room 24/7, no breakfast, front desk lady made a few sausages and eggs with no hair net or gloves. Hair was in the sausages and nothing else was available. Breakfast area was dirty and what looked like homeless ppl coming in taking things to their rooms where it’s stated it’s not allowed. Ppl climbing in and out the hotel windows. Front desk female playing loud music late at night and in morning putting makeup on and on her phone. Charged $341 for a suite hadn’t had for 4months so got $81.09 back whereas I was supposed to be charged $60 a night per hotel mgmt. however they charged me $260.07 for 3nights at a trap house😡 I stayed at with my son n 4yr old.. I WOULD FEEL BETTER STAYING IN MY CAR!!!

It was basically a homeless shelter. We checked in and then left once we seen the room. I don’t recommend staying here. It’s nasty and ran down. DONT STAY HERE

The pool was disgusting yellow, a non smoking hotel that was filled with marijuana smoke. Wall and ceiling above the bathtub was majorly damaged with what looked like black mold, room looked to had been previously broken into due to damage on the door at the lock. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend

Do bums live here??
This is the type of place homeless people save up to stay at for a night. The employees were very underwhelming. I need a shower, not at the hotel of course, after staying here for a night. Everything was either constructed wrong the first time or repaired incorrectly

Lights in sleeping area didn't work. Elevator was broken. Ice build up by front door so you couldn't unload vehicle close to entrance.

Terrible unkept hotel
Hotel was run down. Carpets old and stained. Rickety elevator. No towels or sanitation supplies available in work out room. Treadmill loud and old, not maintained. If you didn’t get breakfast before 7 am you didn’t get milk. Breakfast consisted of old bagels muffins some oatmeal, cereal and poor tasting waffles. Had to beg for hangers. Strange homeless looking people came in and out of hotel. I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

Never again.
TV didn't work and when we called the front desk they told me that they where not the TV repair guy. The heater would not turn off it was hot in the room all night long. Terrible experience.

This property is in bad shape. Carpet and furniture are very old and seem unclean. Receptionist at front desk was very good though.

low cost but good
There was a strange smell on Friday at check in but the smell went away after returning from a long day out. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was a little weird as I had to reset up the tv every time we turned it off.

Just a fair Hotel, Wi-Fi was not working, breakfast was good but no juices, and they charge you $20 if you take any food to your room, also didn't clear the snow and ice

Thanks for taking the time for giving us a review. We will work to improve. Mainly the WiFi. It should be working. Also we do not charge 20 for taking food. Please clarify the comment. Snow will be cleared according to Colorado Laws, which require more than a inch of accumulation. If you need it to be shoveled please let the front desk know.

Older hotel that's nice!
Really nice amenities at this older hotel, like hair dryer, etc. Big spread at their breakfast buffett that, besides the usual cold cereals, muffins, waffles, & bagels included scrambled eggs and sausage. The room was very clean, although older furnishings and carpeting but nice, comfortable mattress so all was good for me.

Thank you so much for the feedback. We admit that it is an older property. It is scheduled to go through an upgrade next year but for now to compensate for its age our rates are very low for a Baymont.

They charged my card twice and said it was for the room deposit and would be refunded. It just posted.

I am sorry for any confusion. We charge at check-in for deposit and the room rate gets charged at night. It is designed not to charge more than the total rate. Hoping front desk took care of the issue.

Pool slide is great
The room was okay. Def should be a couch in the little area instead of a small chair. We absolutely loved the pool with the slide. It's only open from 10 to 10 so that is disappointing but still had fun with the small time we had available. The breakfast was ok the first day we stayed but the next day it was barely 7a and it was pretty well all picked through. We mainly loved this place for the slide but it was a decent stay

Sorry for your experience sir. It is not usual for PD to visit our hotel. We replaced our TVs with new 45 inch flat LEDs in the last year. Please let us know the room number and the management will ensure. It is an old hotel and it will be renovated next year. Until then the rates are super low for a Baymont.

Comfy bed but terrible smell, blood stains on the curtains, curtains were broken, bathtub looked liked you would catch athlete’s foot stepping in it, the bathroom did not have a vent to air out smell, there were mosquitos and flies, and carpet looked dirty and stained.

Sorry sir! That is not the kind of hotel we maintain. It is old but should be clean. I wish the front desk knew and if they ignored they will be trained/disciplined, whatever is needed.

The property needs a major renovation. Everywhere you look is old, broken, and damaged. The carpets, flooring, walls, doors, hallways, elevator,.... I cannot believe the management keep selling rooms in this building in its current condition. I've stayed in many hotels/motels in my life time, but I've never seen a property as terrible as this

Property is in a good location, convenient to shopping and dining. Room had holes in the sink, ceiling light hanging out of housing, air vents with dust caked on looking like it been years since being cleaned. Noticed some hotel room doors that were smashed and had no locks. Did not instill any feeling of security. Not a 3 start hotel.

This hotel was a complete nightmere. From the lobby , to changing rooms 3 times. For different reasons and then finally go down to relax in the pool and it looked straight up like sewer water with the film a dark nasty brown.. would not recommend

Our stay was on August 15th, 2023. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke SO bad.. Everything had stains and dents and it just looked like the definition of a dive. The hostess who checked us in took a good 10-15 seconds to acknowledge us because she was watching a social media video on her phone.. it was honestly so bad that I would proactively NOT RECOMMEND this chain of hotels to everyone I know.
