I checked in 4/17 and was supposed to check out on 4/24. I liked there was a kitchen option, make sure to have your own cooking ware, toiletries, and extra toilet paper (get only 1 for your entire stay). Someone in the staff didn't inform tenants that there would be a hotel orkin fumigation, upon booking or even checking in to grab keys. An instructional letter was given on 4/22 we must vacate the premise on 4/23 and to prep the room for the pest control. The time was from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm with Orkin's recommendation to stay out of the suite at least 1 additional hour after the service is completed. "A $50 will be charged if you're suite is not adequately prepped. Continued lack of cooperation will lead to non-renewal of your stay. In Town Suites Management " They expect cooperation and if not you'll be punished with fees and not allowed to stay again. I feel so unwelcomed, taken for granted, disrespected, and inconvenienced. I was put under great pressure to find somewhere to go, the unexpected changes messed up our plans for the day and for the trip. I spoke to the front desk face to face, explaining that this was a huge inconvenience for scheduling of our stay, toxins are too high for us to stay, and that it would be best to refund my money for having to check out earlier, without awareness of what was happening. I also wanted my money back to find another place last minute and without a kitchen. I was told no, that I would not receive a rerefund. I filed

Not as pictured! Beware!
Nothing like what is pictured on the booking site! Run down, old, and just not great! The pluses are price and location but learned why it was cheaper. Asked for pillows, no. No towels don’t ask. Overall gross! Alarm clock is an angry boss, wife, or girlfriend that blares the truck horn from around 5-7am. Broken tile in the bathroom, door prying marks. We didn’t die but would not stay again or recommend.

Strangest hotel I've ever stayed. "We do not replace toilet paper." (You get an entire still-wrapped roll at arrival, but you must ration that roll for the length of your stay.) You will have to sign 6-8 pages of legal agreements, including odd rules against bare feet in the halls and requirements of payments each week (despite your credit card on file); neither was enforced. Front desk is only open 11-19:00 (M-F), so late check-ins and early check-outs are difficult & not possible on weekends. No cleaning is provided during your stay, no matter how long your stay. Microwave, refrigerator/freezer, but no utensils, pans, bowls. No tissues or lotions, but there was a travel-sized bar of soap. & 3 sets of towels.

Hello Chris,Thank you for leaving a review. I did want to clarify a few things for you in case you decide to come back in the future. We are open Monday through Saturday 11:00AM-7:00PM. We are only closed on Sundays. The websites and engines are set to not even allow people to make reservations on Sunday. We do allow late check ins upon request, meaning if people let us know they are arriving after 7 we make arrangements. We do have a "different" set of rules than a full service hotel because we accommodate long term stays, meaning people stay with us for different amounts of time. The paperwork is three signatures, one for the rules, one for your tax exemption paperwork for month stays or longer, and your receipt. The supplies are limited to keep costs low and guests usually just go to walmart or the dollar store and pick up some rolls of TP for their stay. I appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

Doesn’t look like they vacuum, I saw a pair of dirty socks and a bag of trash stay on my floor for 3days before someone picked it up no extra towels or toiletries even know I was there for 4days, I had to go buy towels, toilet paper, shampoo conditioner etc the mirror was broken and the front desk just said it’s been like that they been waiting for new mirror supposedly I informed front desk the left burner to stove top didn’t work and no one showed up to fix it just took a note the fridge was super loud pretty much drowned out the volume on the tv I will not recommend anyone stay here

Terrible! We arrived late and were not able to check in. You can not check in after 6pm. We had to find a place at 10 pm on a holiday weekend after a 7 hour drive.

The room was clean, but carpet still wet from said cleaning, which meant wearing shoes/wet kitchen area, which was unsafe. A piece of metal was sticking out from the bed frame resulting in scraped shin.

Not able to check in
Our flight was delayed, so we missed the check in time. When we arrived, there was no one at the hotel, and we were not able to check in or get into our room. Once we were able to see someone, which was the next day, they had cancelled our room for the whole weekend, because we had not checked in on time. To top it off, they were sold out of rooms. I will never stay in this hotel again. That is not good customer service.

For my specific purpose & goals, In Town Suites was fine. I was looking for a relatively quiet place to stay in between apartment rentals, and In Town Suites met my expectations regarding location, price, kitchenette, & overall cleanliness. Thank You In Town Suites!

Not as good as the pictures!
I paid for a week and didn’t stay one minute there. It just smelt so horrible in the room. It was like a halfway house. The advertised room wasn’t available and they down graded my room. I went immediately and checked in for a week at the nearby wingate which was great but twice as much. Well worth it in the end.

You get what you pay for, and the place is older. Everything in the room worked. The AC and comfortable bed gave a good night's sleep. We found it quiet with good water pressure.

How low can you go??
Stairwells are beyond filthy, carpets have literally 4 years of dust accumulated, and duct tape was used to cover damaged carpeting in stairwell area. At check in, front desk attendent guarenteed daily clean towels, but, after check-in to room, next day, that service had mysteriously changed to-> "you only get 2 towels for your 5 day stay here, sir"... very disappointing, and quite disrespectful to not guarantee free clean towels like a decent hotel would do and as promised at check-in. People collect at all entrances all day long smoking any number of possible inhalents, scaring visitors away. Parking lot seems to attract homeless and vagrants in the back. People sit in their open automobile trunks and smoke dope most afternoons. Room was quiet, but, reaked of dirty smoke, obviosly from former long-term residents

Outward discrimination.They do not follow ADA LAWS
Discriminated for my disability. An emplyee entered, "dog in the room" instead of Service Animal in the room. Once that employee pressed that "enter" button, it went to the franchise corporate office and blacklisted me. . Corporate never answered the phone in order to correct the mistake, Therefore I was not able to stay my complete stay. Even the hotel manager could not override the system. I had been there for 14 nights and already reserved the room for 22 more nights. But the hotel manager apologized and said he could not enter the reservation until corporate cleared the blacklist. Their corporate office is horrible. Yes, legal action being sought against the corporate office for discriminatory actions. The ADA laws protect disabled people. I didn't choose my disability, it choose me. To be forced to move in the middle of my reservation was terrible. I stayed at the suites in Aurora and never had a problem with the staff or my service animal. But again, their corp office does not respond to concerns from guests. The manager of this particular location in the Springs is really nice. But at any location, most all authority is stripped from the location manager. The parking in the front feels very safe.

only one staff member was very nice i rented two rooms paying 800+ a week and treated like crap was not so great for me. had to ask for service and we were suppose to have a mountain view however had a truck parked in front our window the whole time so we had a trailer view.

My flight arrived after 7pm and their Front desk closes at 7pm. Had to stay at another hotel for that night. This was not cool. Poor communications should never happen like this ever.
