The hotel is clean, safe, and convenient. The only complaint I have is that we needed a handicap room and found that the shower has no handrails inside the shower itself and had no seat which made it a fall risk

First, I would stay there again.
I was pleased with the service and Jeremy went above and beyond. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable just what i needed. I would recommend.
Issues:
There was an issue with the cable on the last day of my stay. There was an unpleasant smell in the hall and bathroom that came and went.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spotless, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and check-in was effortless. Overall, it surpassed my expectations. Variety at breakfast time. I highly recommend it!

Front desk and breakfast buffet staff were welcoming and very friendly. Aside from the usual chain restaurants, there were not a lot of family friendly dining options in the immediate area. We enjoyed using the fitness center, the pool area was not inviting though. Most disappointing was that we did not receive any housekeeping service on Saturday.

The lights in the parking lot made it difficult to sleep. The rooms aren’t insulated so I heard a late arrival in the middle of the night.

You get what you pay for.
The service was great. The room's climate was all over the place. It bounced between cold and hot. It was never comfortable. The clock was useless and counted up all day and night. The walls were thin and we could hear conversation outside all times of the day and night.

This is the ONLY hotel i stay when i'm in Columbia SC, I enjoy seeing Mary everytime i get there, they are always nice, it's conviently located near everything, it's clean, safe and just a nice place to stay and also reasonable

Had a hard time sleeping through the night. Could hear people in the hallway and an abundant amount of noise from outside the building. Overall a decent experience but probably will not stay there again given the chsnce.
