The carpet smelled musty and just awful. We had to open the window to be able to breathe. The room was like a dingy motel or rent-by-the-hour place—not the $200 we had to pay! Really really disappointed, though the man at front desk was very nice.

The check in process was easy and quick, even with me arriving late at night. However, the room had an odd, vaguely fishy and mildewy smell. Luckily I had a room spray with me which helped some. Still, my clothes smelt like the room the next day.

The room was all around dirty as it looked like it was not vacuumed, there were dust bunnies, and the beds were even dirty, one of them had a floss pick under the mattress. There was also somehow standing water in the shower even though we got there at 11 at night, there’s no reason anything should’ve been wet. The ceiling also had many water spots and there were multiple mysterious stains in the carpet.

Llegamos a las 7:40 pm después de un largo viaje, preguntamos si el hotel era PET friendly el empleado de una manera muy grosera contestó que no, mi hija se fue a hacer una llamada y el empleado asumió que se había ido y nos canceló la reservación a pesar que ya le había entregado las llaves, luego muy grosero y molesto nos quitó las llaves y nos dijo que el había cancelado la reservación, pésima atención, pienso que sería importante darle entrenamiento de atención al cliente al personal del front desk

Shower didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush. Room wasn't that clean, but bed linens were clean. Bed was very firm and hard to sleep on.

Comfortable bed. Problems included a key card system thst took 4 to 5 tries to open with one key. The other key did not work. This problem was reported to them and you for our stay 2 weeks ago in a different room. Another probem is that room repairs were not kept up. Examples included a damaged bath door facing and a damaged night stand.
