The hotel is in a nice location, easy to get in and out of with your vehicle. The hotel inside is clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Our only issue was a clogged shower that filled up as we used it. Overall a good experience.

Great location for walking to the Ohio Theatre to see a show. After check-in, you can just use your keycard to enter the parking lot, park behind the building and then enter through the back door. Room was clean with nice Dove soaps in the bathroom. Heat/Air worked great. Knocking the review down one star because the bed was uncomfortable. Some people enjoy a hard bed, but we like a softer bed with lots of pillows. Didn't get great sleep, but there are still lots of other perks to this hotel!

The young man at the front desk was very helpful. The room had a couple of power strips and one was overloaded or had another issue because every time I used the coffee maker, the lamp flickered and the coffee maker turned itself off.

There was a light out in the bathroom which made getting ready a little difficult but since we were only staying one night I didn’t feel the need to request that it be fixed. There was some noise in the late afternoon but was quiet at night. Close to the event we were attending and many dining options nearby.

Overall, it was a great experience. the restaurant was good and convenient, breakfast was as well. the people were friendly, place was clean and it was easy to get an Uber.

Building has seen better days. Walking in the building just looked a little shabby. Elevator smelled of oil. We stayed on the eleventh floor, there was trash and bits of paper in the hallway when we arrived and departed 3 days later.. Room smelled clean, looked reasonably clean but worn. Bathroom was small but clean and stocked. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator was full of frost. We got the impression no one had used the room in a while. Restaurant was overwhelmed at breakfast, hostess was grumpy but the server was friendly. Food was unremarkable.

Refrigerator and Coffee machine in the room did not work. Went to get breakfast and learned that I couldn’t bring it to the room….. and that’s ok … I understand. What I cannot understand is the nasty attitude from the lady in the breakfast area. Killed the entire experience.

No closet to hang clothes but an open area to hang them which is fine, but housekeeping uses a fruity smelling air freshener and sprayed it all over my business clothes. The smell was very strong.

Check in girl was very friendly and accomadating. We were able to check in a little early. Hotel smelled pleasant. Location was great for proximity to arena district.
