Un hotel muy recomendable con muy buena ubicación
La decoración del hotel es muy moderna, muy chic, me encantó. El servicio de la recepción muy bueno, el personal muy amable y servicial.

I could eventually sleep without earplugs, first time during my 2 weeks US trip. Very clean, reception very polite and most helpful: as a real hotel should be! It's also quite original in its decor and this is a bonus. I was not terribly satisfied by the breakfast, as I always prefer a buffet breakfast which is not what they offer; and cafes in and around the hotel already closed by 2pm sounded weird to me! But this does not detract that much to the hotel's outstanding quality. I loved my stay.

If this beautiful hotel didn’t impress you, the staff certainly will. They are attentive, thoughtful, and helpful. They made my son feel special for his birthday and that meant a lot. Our room was spacious, beautiful and CLEAN. Immaculately clean. We were given an early check in with no hesitation even though the hotel was busy. The extra special touch is the constellation projector at night. I’ve never had a hotel do that and my kids loved it! What a great idea and it sets this hotel apart. Location, staff, and amenities all make this hotel a must see. We will definitely be back!

Quick romantic getaway

Nice room, still disappointed
This was the second time my fiancée and i have stayed here and it was for our one year anniversary. I reached out a day prior to our stay and opted for the Valentine’s Day package which included them decorating the room with rose pedals and champagne. I was excited for this to surprise her and kick off our romantic weekend only to enter the room and find no decorations. Extremely disappointing. I mentioned it to the man at the front desk and he checked and said it was absolutely noted and they had dropped the ball. He sent champagne and wine to our room which was appreciated but it didn’t have the same effect. All in all the room was nice and the staff was kind but I’m still disappointed.

We pride ourselves on providing all of our guests with a high level of service and to know that we failed to deliver that for your stay is a disappointment to us. Highly recommend
Hotel LeVeque is world class. Everyone was very welcoming from the front desk to house keeping. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious as well. I highly recommend!!

Nice, clean, neat. However, they didn’t have our reservation from Expedia, and we had to take a room that had been canceled. Our room had a roof parking lot view…. Instead of the River view. It’s always better to book directly with a hotel so you know what you’re getting.

I grew up in Columbus and even worked across the street from the LaVeque Tower for several summers while I was in college. It was fun to get a chance to spend a few days close to all the amazing attractions in downtown Columbus. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Great stay and great service. Classic hotel in the heart of Columbus downtown. Separate parking is expensive, but there are street parking options. Breakfast not included in the reserve, a la carte, well served, but not very agile

The hotel is interesting, cool and comfortable. Check in was easy. The ladies at check in were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. However, the check out was rough. We wanted to split the charges between the 2 of us. The woman charged me 3 times for my portion. When I questioned her about it, she was rude. The hotel reached out to me for info on our stay. The hotel apologized and said they would address the issue. I really appreciated their follow up. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

My AC unit wasn’t functioning properly when I got to my room, my room phone was also non-functional. The woman at the front desk was unable to explain anything helpful or useful so I asked if an engineer could visit my room. When he did, he also has no answers or solutions of any kind. He simply turned my unit off entirely and said that was the only thing he could do. The shower also didn’t function properly, it either was scalding hot or very cold, no matter how carefully I tried to make minor adjustments with the faucet handle. The staff was very professional and friendly for the most part, but not a good experience overall due to the room and all of its issues.

The staff was wonderful, as was our room! I told them in advance we were celebrating a birthday—they upgraded our room and included a sweet birthday gift. We also ended up having to bring our pup last minute—the staff handled this so well and made us (and our dog) feel comfortable and very well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

Feels like home
Absolutely Amaing Hotel and Experience. By far, my new favorite hotels are the Autograph Collection. The Staff is extraordinary and so is the decor. From Ally at the front desk to Martina in the restaurant, we were made to feel welcome at all times. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. As someone that travels often on business, there is nothing better than finding a hotel that feels somewhat like home. This one did not disappoint.
