Booked this well in advance for two separate rooms for me and my friend. On the day of arrival they called and left a voicemail to say they only had one room with one bed. When I said this was unacceptable, the hotel clerk hung up on me. If I had cancelled the day of arrival, they would have charged me. I was forced to stay elsewhere.

Unreliable staff. My room wasn’t ready by 3 PM. They have bedbugs, found one of my son shirt.

Dear Michele,I am sorry to hear your experience was not a good one. Could you please contact the hotel and advice which room you were in. We inspect all rooms prior to a guest staying for any type of bugs and the staff was not informed of any person having an issue. I would appreciate any feedback you could share with me. It will help me to locate the problem.

Pictures of the rooms on the website, is not what they looked like in person. Website stated free breakfast and other things, but none was available.

2am a couple was screaming at each other in the hallway for about an hour. 5:30am a dog was barking it’s head off right outside our hotel door. Apparently they allow pets. And about midnight I woke to smell of smoke. They also allow indoor smoking. The pillows were just a flat piece of fluff, the floor had t been swept, and the bed was miserable for sleeping.

It was sufficient. Very very noisy, appears to be lots of lower income people living at this hotel long term. Tons of Noise in hallway all the time. The room was mostly clean. It is about the most basic room you could imagine, plus a full size fridge, a two burner stove top, and a microwave (nothing in cabinets if you intend to cook). Quite uncomfortable bed, the chairs were metal chairs (not comfortable for lounging), no shampoo, the amenities are extremely basic. Overall, it worked for the night I was there. Nobody bothered me and luckily I’m a heavy sleeper. The staff was friendly. But if anything resembling basic comfort is important to you and a quiet environment is important, there are likely better options.

The location was only thing i liked about this hotel. I didn't like thst there was no staff to assist with anything, no accomedations, very noisy inside the rooms, you could here people stomping above my room, couldn't sleep because of the severe noise, the cost is too high to stay at this hotel for no more tgan is offered. I'll stay at this hotel again - i wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was friendly, but it just had a gross feel to the place. Thought all suites have you free kitchen stuff to use but apparently you had to buy it from them. That being said, they don’t offer the chance to buy kitchen stuff anymore. Booked a non smoking room, and got a smoking room, had a headache for the first day or so. The entire 4th floor stunk like cigarette smoke, weed, and lysol spray. Staff said if I needed my room cleaned they’d offer me some cleaning supplies due to them not having maids because a couple just had babies. Thought that was kind of strange.

Honestly felt like a big drug hotel. Always smelled like weed. People staying up all night. Very noisy at night, scraping furniture across floor, jumping, dropping heavy items for HOURS ON END. Only stopped briefly when i threatened to call the cops and told them about Ohio's excessive noise laws. Felt very unsafe. On day of checkout, the staff already were in my room before i ever even checked out. I had just finished packing and had gone to get breakfast and come back to make sure i got everything prior to checking out and the door was open and what wa sleft had been gone through. Not happy at all. Would never recommend this place to anyone. As a travel nurse, definitely dont3 go here.

Worst sleep I’ve ever had, this hotel must have family’s with children living in it. It was well up until one am that they finally got quiet, it’s sad when a working person can’t get a good nights sleep because a hotel can’t control or hold their guests up to a certain standard. I thought there was a herd of cattle on top of my room. Very disappointed in the fact they did not ask any of its customers to keep a quieter atmosphere. Will not return.

The check in and out process was easy. Staff was friendly and nice. The walls are so thin you can literally hear everything and everyone’s business and sounds like a zoo all hours of the day and night. The bed was not comfortable and they only give one pillow per person. But you get what you paid for.
