Reservamos para 3 adultos y 2 niños y nos dieron 2 matrimoniales y pedimos la primera noche 1 cama adicional y nunca la llevaron y la segunda nos cobraron 15 dólares cuando de entrada habíamos reservado para 5 personas y considero que no la deberían cobrar y en la recepción decía 10 más impuestos y finalmente solo entregaron la cama en la recepción y que nosotros la subiéramos.

Hotel cerca de los Outlets de Citadel
El aspecto exterior del hotel le hace falta una remodelación pero sus cuartos en el interior son completamente nuevos. Muy limpios los cuartos y muy bonitos por dentro. Es una zona industrial por lo que deben estar conscientes que habrá algo de ruido por trailers y camiones.

Económico y cómodo
Estuvimos poco en el hotel pero nos molestó en la noche hicieron mucho ruido en las habitaciones contínuas; Nos pasamos 20 minutos del check out y el encargado pasó golpeando muy fuerte todas las puertas. Fuera de ahí el cuarto fué cómodo, con una pequeña cocineta muy práctica (aunque no tiene implementos de cocina; pero sabiendo esto compramos alimentos de fácil preparación, el refrigerador muy amplio) fuimos a un evento familiar pero se encuentra muy cerca de los Outlets más grandes de la zona de Los Ángeles, Citadel Outlets.

El hotel y el cuarto bastante bien en relación con el precio, pero al hacer el check in el joven no me pidió mi tarjeta de crédito, no se me hizo raro puesto que ya había yo dado mis datos de cobro al hacer la reservación, a la mañana siguiente me llamo un señor del front desk a las 7:00 am y gritando me dijo que tenía que irme YA porque no había pagado!!! Sin dejarme hablar me gritó y gritó que tenía que hacer el check out de inmediato, baje a recepción y me dijo que yo no había querido enseñar mi tarjeta la noche anterior, trataba de explicarle y no paraba de hablarme de muy mal modo y con muy mal inglés, al final comprendió que el error fue del joven que no la pidió, digo si yo no hubiera querido mostrarla no me dan mi cuarto y ya! Muy mal modo de tratar a la gente los encargados de recepción! Es una pena por que el hotel en general está muy bien y a buen precio.

Amazing place!
I booked two rooms at last minute, running from a really bad hotel. They gave us two amazing rooms, really modern, clean and nice. The rooms even have a small kitchen, big fridge, nice bathroom. Really relieve to be able to find a really great service here. Will definitely stay here again!

Worst experience ever -10 out of 10 review!!!!
It was a horrible experience, the room wasn’t as clean as the pictures show, plus the strong smell of nicotine made me nauseous since I can’t tolerate the smell, there were red spots on the restroom walls that looked like blood and to top it of my boyfriend and I were in bed watching tv when I saw a tick crawling on the bed like nothing, my boyfriend killed it but we left it on the bed but I took plenty of pictures and videos to prove it, we immediately left room 310 a little after 1 am and when to complain but it was useless I asked for a number where I could complain and the guy couldn’t find corporate number, we left very upset and disappointed and will NEVER go back there and don’t recommend anyone to go either, it was the worst experience in my life!! -10 out of 10
That’s the picture of the tick that was crawling on the hotel bed in room 310, wish I could upload videos but it doesn’t allow me!
The blood like stains on the restroom walls!!

Not the best service or location
The hotel is in a very noisy intersection, and although housekeeping was working to clean the exterior of the hotel, the walkways were very dirty, and the area smelled very unpleasant. Our room was fine and comfortable enough. The front desk took a very long time to process our check-in and out, as if they were doing everything manually with no instructions.
