El hotel aunque tiene sus años de antigüedad, lo conservan muy bien. Instalaciones limpias, cuentan con calefacción lo cual amamos por que hacía mucho frio y lluvia. El espacio es pequeño pero suficiente. El buffete no fue espectacular, la comida cumple su cometido pero pudo haber sido mejor. Sin embargo, la ubicación es perfecta para quienes vienen en tren, y justo en frente tienen el ferry y a un lado, la estación de buses.

No hay conexion para internet y el baño aunque esta muy limpio tiene un poco de olor a drenaje. El hotel esta muy bien situao y tiene una terraza hermosa para cenar .

RELACION CALIDAD/PRECIO BAJA
Reservamos una habitación doble para una sola noche. El precio era económico, pero el nivel de la habitación no era de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Crees haber conseguido una buena oferta pero te encuentras con una habitación bastante normalucha, en la planta baja, apestando a humedad, en la que ni siquiera cabe la maleta sin que te obstruya por completo el paso, con tres escalones nada más entrar en la habitación y otros dos escalones para acceder al baño. El precio del parking del hotel es excesivo. La ubicación del hotel muy buena. La reserva era sin desayuno.

Short and lovely stay
We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The initial room we were booked to seemed to have been previously occupied by smokers. Having specifically requested a non smoking room, we were provided with an alternative room swiftly. Mattia, who received us at the reception for check-in showed us to the room and made sure everything was to our liking. Dinner was lovely and so was the breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly at all times.

Only one thing i wasn't happy with.we would've liked to have had cocktails in the evening at the bar room wth the view but was told every night it was booked for dinner or parties.i paid for that part but wasn't able to use.

Elegant but affordable stay in Lake Como
Very close to the train station (14 min walking from Como San Giovanni station and about 5 min from Como Nord Lago. Place is elegant but laid back. Rooms have traditional wood furniture but pops of color and nice window, it’s pretty quiet… no rooms with lake vie but it’s just steps aways from the lake and ferry station. Breakfast was superb! Service was fabulous, would stay there again in a heart beat~

Great place to stay in Lake Como - would definitely recommend. Unfortunate there was some some waterfront construction while we were in town but that’s life….the lake view from the hotel restaurant was still fantastic.

The bar's open air garden was a nice setting for an evening cocktail. There was a downpour that kept us in one evening, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food we ordered at the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is spectacular! Perfect location on the waterfront and beautiful views from the restaurant. The hotel is classy and rich in history. Our room was a perfect size with a roomy bathroom. The breakfast that came with the stay was in the gorgeous restaurant and very generous. The only thing we did not like was the view of the alleyway and garbage from our room.

One of the best locations in Como's old city center. Breakfast/bar with view over the lake. A few minutes walk from the main boat landing. Friendly and service oriented staff.

Stunning property with professional, polite and helpful staff the room was beautiful and comfy with amazing views of the lake. Perfectly situated for access to shopping and dining and all lake activities. The food and bar are beautiful and breakfast was excellent with a special shout out to Jade who was our smiley, helpful waitress
