Excelente Hotel
Hotel Buenísimo, super bien ubicado a dis calles de la estación central, a tres calles de Tivoli, todo muy cerca a pie, supermercado, restaurantes y Pab muy cerca tienes todo lo que necesitas, la habitación amplia y comoda, la limpieza todos los dias, artículos de aseo diario, cafe y cafetera en tu habitación, si vuelvo a copenhagen, seguro vuelvo a este hotel.

Buena opción
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, yo viaje con bebé y fue fácil estar ahí. Muy rápido hacer check in y no se requiere hacer check out. No sé si es en el pais o fue el hotel, cero espíritu de servicio y las habitaciones son muuuy pequeñas. Cuenta con servicio de cuna para bebés sin costo adicional. Muy cerca de las atracciones no se requiere transporte público.

El hotel en general está ok, la ubicación es buena aunque no excelente. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas pero no es un gran problema si estarás pocos días con poco equipaje. El desayuno incluido es bastante bueno

Las fotografías que publicita el establecimiento son de lo más fantasioso... no coincide con la realidad. Habitaciones pequeñas y ruidosas. Espacio escaso. Desayuno decepcionante. Lo único que se salva es el personal de recepción, siempre amable.

Pasamos 3 días en el hotel. Las habitaciones son grandes y muy cómodas. Desayuno abundante y variado. La ubicación es excelente, en el centro. La estación de trenes esta a 100 metros. Muy recomendable.

Hotel lindo y limpio pero ruidoso
La habitación y el baño perfectos, limpios y cómodos, pero nos dieron una habitación par, con un balcón que daba hacia la calle, y el ruido de la estación de tren que está en frente no deja descansar. Pedir una habitación impar, que dan hacia el interior del hotel y creo que podréis descansar.

Great location and friendly staff
Tivoli Gardens is 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel and Vesport Station is opposite. The staff is really kind and they attended to us very well. At first, we had a twin room in our reservation although we prefered a double room. There was no problem and they changed it. I'll recommend it without hesitation!

Worst bed ever.
Worst bed I ever slept in. Feathers in pillow and duvet. Cleaness was OK but only saw the cleaner 2 times in 5 days. Location and staff was great but not a hotel for my liking.

The hotel is clean, service minded people and excellent location. But I don’t understand why they ask you to check in online, where you give all the regular information asked, are told that keys wait for you at the reception, but when you arrive at the hotel, you have to do the check in again.
