La primera noche fue el servicio de restaurante más bochornoso de mi vida. Lo peor de todo es qué no somos exquisitos. El camarero ni nos miraba, no venía, la orden la cogía mal, le pedíamos algo y ni nos miraba, la comida incomestible, tuvimos que pedir los 4 otro plato de comida, nos dejaron los platos enteros en la mesa y ni se dignaron a preguntar si nos había gustado o no. Por otro lado, la habitación para 4 personas está bien, y las instalaciones normales. La recepción servicio bastante mejorable, y los botones muy buen servicio. Además, el último día fuimos a la piscina, pedimos toallas y nadie vino, tuvimos que repetirlo 3 veces y cuando porfin viene alguien, nos dicen que sólo tienen 2 y somos 4.

Hotel cómodo y buena piscina, wifi gratuito asquerosamente malo, piezas comodas y amplias, buen baño, la limpieza es deficiente eso si y el aire acondicionado parece que lo instalaron en los 80, hace mucho ruído, en las piezas también hay mosquitos los cuales pican especialmente de noche. De 10 le pongo un 6, con un poco mas de preocupación podrían tener hotel de lujo.

Love the staff , cleanliness of the place. The bed is ok, was able to get some good sleep. The TV was not fixed despite telling the front staff (probably don't have a spare). Overall would like to recommend this place.

the a/c in our room was leaking getting the floor wet and slippery which is very unsafe. i almost slipped because you won't notice that the floor was already wet.

Simple but grand
Location was fantastic, not too crowded. The property staff were friendly and attentive at all times. The resort are set off lovely paved walkways, the pool was well maintained and a good size. We also enjoyed our little private patio for quiet time overlooking the water, coffee maker and small fridge are available . Air con and the shower was strong and hot.

All the staff are friendly and very kind and very helpful. We just had an issue with the air conditioning unit which they had to replace at the middle of the night. But overall I will still recommend this place to people visiting Coron.

Boa relação custo-benefício. Hotel típico 3 estrelas, não espere grande conforto e mordomias. Pisciba e restaurantes bons. Limpeza do quarto deuxa um pouco a desejar. Chuveiro fraco. No final a avaliação é razoável para boa. Voltaria a ficar lá.

Maybe the best hotel in/ near Coron town. Very good facilities and staff are helpful. Easy to get into town but also the food options are great in the restaurant. Excellent stay!

This property is a bit removed from town making it nice and quiet and the tricycles to town are very affordable. The room was great as was the pool area. The food wasn’t the best and was a bit overpriced.

The rooms are big and the bathroom to. The Pool area is nice, the reception is helpfull. We would recomend staying here. We traveled with a friend and she got sick after the first night. She had stomach issues and needed to go to the hospital. My Boyfriend got sick some days later. He also needed to visit the hospital. At the hospital they told us, it‘s common that people from the area of westown get stomack sick. So i wouldn‘t recommend it. We needed to chance our flightnto a day later, because of that all…

A decent place to stay at. All the staff were friendly and helpful. In-house massage was great but one suggestion please. Relaxing music inside the Spa Room would be better.

staff very helpful, restaurant buffet breakfast and airport pick up service price reasonable. We are 3 persons, if go town, all driver said 40 perso /head. I alway paid totally 100 or 120 everytime. Good swimming pool for my kid, swim everyday although after join tour. Free wifi conpon at resort.

If you are expecting a US-type resort, you may be disappointed. This property is fairly run down. Our room had mold in the sealant around the bathroom sinks and a sink faucet was loose and coming out. Our family of 4 all got traveller's diarrhea presumably from eating the vegetables at the buffet (we had not eaten anywhere other than the hotel when we started getting sick). The food was generally acceptable but nothing great. We liked that we were not in the center of town which is fairly chaotic and loud. It was very easy to get to town via tricycle. We felt safe. The room was cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly.

It can be better. The staff are are really helpful and friendly but the restaurant is a bit slow and internet connection is poor in our room also the toilet was stuck.
