El hotel lo reservé con parqueadero y desayuno incluido y cuando llegamos el recepcionista pretendió cobrarme USD 10 por día de parqueo y adicional que por pandemia no se daba desayuno. Cuando le solicite que me contactara con el gerente NUNCA fue posible y nunca nos dieron una explicación ni compensación. La habitación nunca fue arreglada en conclusión pésimo.Adicionalmente y hasta la fecha tampoco se me ha reembolsado aun los USD 50 que cargaron a mi tarjeta de crédito como garantía por supuestos daños. I booked the hotel with parking and breakfast included and when we arrived the receptionist pretended to charge me USD 10 per day of parking and an additional charge that breakfast was not given due to a pandemic. When I asked him to contact the manager it was NEVER possible and they never gave us an explanation or compensation. The room was never fixed, in conclusion lousy experience. Additionally, and to date, I have not yet been reimbursed the USD 50 charged to my credit card as a guarantee for alleged damages.

Love Coronado. Great place! Had most comfortable beds. Area is on very noisy street at all hours. Traffic one way makes it difficult to round the block to designated parking. That was the only problem we had.

I stayed here because of the price, as I was attending a concert at the Rady Shell Jacob Park. It's a short walk to the Coronado Ferry, that I took (round trip) to the San Diego Convention area. The venue was a short walk away, and there were several restaurants and drinking establishments in the immediate area. The room was small and had some age to it, that gave it character, but this was a solo trip, and it was perfect. Also, the parking was perfect. The person who checked me in was a delight!

Nice rooms and beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Parking provided with stay which is very convenient. Nice location with lots of dining and shopping options and close to beach.

Property is next to a busy road so be prepared for a lot of traffic noise. I didn’t have hot water for most of the stay. The heater blew lukewarm air so it got very cold. They don’t seem to have onsite after hours staff as I was trying to contact the front desk because of somebody blasting music late at night.

From the outside, this property looks quaint, nice, and inviting. However, the room condition was bad. The bed frames are cheap and squeak terribly with every move. There was hair all over the linens, the flooring was cracked and had a bad soft spot, there was a huge stain in the ceiling with what looked like the presence of mold, and in general, the room was dirty and not well cared for. I've stayed at a lot of good and bad places, but for the price, this was unacceptable. We checked out after night one and moved to another similarly priced Hilton property and never looked back.

The service from the receptionist at night was beyond terrible. She had us waiting for around 15 minutes outside for her to get to the front desk and then welcomed us with a terrible attitude and not even an apology. The rooms are really poor, the mattress is terrible but the location is great. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone but it was convenient for a night.

I apologize for the water taking a long time to get hot, maintenance has been informed and addressed it. Although Coronado Island Inn is at a busy intersection, it remains the lowests priced on the island. We make staying on the Island affordable, unfortunately we can't do anything about the traffic outside. The properties location is great however, close proximity to many stores, and restaurants. We are sorry you did not fully enjoy your stay and encourage you to book at the Coronado Inn next time. Coronado Inn is the office you checked in at, and we have many renovated, quiet rooms. They could use some basic maintenance on easy to fix stuff. Nothing unique or special. Use the $150 I spent on the room and go to target. Buy a rod and curtains cover the window so people can’t see in. Change the batteries in the remy, find the back of the remote. Don’t leave the cable box balanced on top of the TV so it falls down like it does, whoever painted inside was just lazy. the Cobb web on the ceiling not good. Simple caulk around the bathroom sink, why not install a basic door stop to prevent the heavy door from busting through the dry way like I see numerous repair jobs on it. Coronado is a nice town but this place needs some basic upkeep

The property sits on the corner of two major roads, one into the base which makes parking difficult to exit and a little noisy. My real displeasure was the parking. Expedia and others said the hotel had free parking but when I arrived, I was informed parking would be $10. per day. I know it’s not a lot but that wasn’t what was advertised.

This is a very basic hotel on what has to be the AutoBahn for North Island Naval Base don't plan on sleeping past 5am once the morning traffic starts just trying to get out of the parking lot your risking your life, room was furnished in american yard sale bathroom shower was big and clean bed was rather on the soft side. Had a coffee maker and fridge and microwave which we moved to use our own coffee maker only to find a thick layer of dust under it which we cleaned up.They chargeed us 20 dollars for not turning in our room keys we left them on the dresser because it was worth trying to get out in that traffic to return the keys to the office which is in another hotel that is on the opposite corner in another hotel we drove the wrong out of the alley to avoid the traffic .won't be staying here again.

Reasonably priced, comfortable hotel on the corner of Orange Avenue, (Coronado’s main street) and the heavily-trafficked Third Avenue. Easy walking to nearby eateries, and to a walkway with restaurants and boutique shops along San Diego Bay. Friendly staff. If you book directly with the Coronado Island Inn, you will not be charged the $50 change fee that Expedia charges if you alter your occupancy dates.

Our room had some issues. The plumbing in bathroom was leaking in the wall. There is a badly broken tile on floor in the middle of the room. Trip hazzard! Too much light comes into room through windows on room door! We had to make shift a cover to sleep. Way too noisy due to the traffic.

Bed sounds it was breaking, shower is too small, this is on a corner of a busy traffic, very noisy, we could not sleep at ALL. Had a kitchen, fridge, no drinking water to prepare coffee :( Love that is close to restaurants.
