We had a lot of troubles with the reservation which didnt appear on their system which created several issues which were badly managed for a 3 days holiday. We also had a next door noisy guests in a communicating room which should have never happened after all the issues we had already had.

Hotels 4* avec Piscine et Spa. Arrivé sur place on nous dis que ce n'est pas possible et qu'il faut réservé et qu'il n'y a plus de place, alors que rien n'était indiqué. La climatisation ne marchait pas dans aucune chambre. Sans problème pour l'Hôtel

Bon séjour mais sans plus.
Séjour bien passé mais sans plus. Chambres très correct . Spa utilisable sur réservation uniquement (horaire restraint) et celon les disponibilités ce qui n'a pas été le cas le premier jour, piscine extérieure froide unitilisable. Personnel accueillant mais parle peux le français pour un hôtel dans le Val d'Aoste c'est peu terrible. Horaire de départ bien trop tôt pour un quatre étoiles à 10h00 et horaire d'arrivée initialement à 17h00. J'ai trouvé l'organisation un peu brouillon.

Great stay overall. Breakfast was really good and selection was excellent. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean and were comfortable. The app wasn’t wasn’t working which made it difficult to book the spa. Spa itself is great and there’s a lot on offer. Few issues with incorrect charges for spa treatments which we eventually had removed from our bill (but this did take some time to resolve). Overall, very enjoyable trip and would definitely visit again.

Très bien. Un hôtel où les personnelles sont très sérieux et honnêtes !! Exemple - j ai oublié mes boucles d oreilles en l or dans ma chambre Il ont essayé de me contacter pour m annoncer ! Maintenant, j espère qu ils vont faire le nécessaire pour me les envoyer !

Aircondition could not cool the room to below 26 degrees at night. According to the staff was this the case in all other rooms. This was very dissapointing in a 4 star hotel.

good hotel - few niggles
Room was a good size, clean and everything worked! Very nice walk in shower. Food average. Wine expensive. Parking expensive. You may be surprised to learn that you have to pay to use the pool! Slow check-in and confusion about parking: the policy of the hotel is that if you choose to pay for parking, which you may do as there are very few free parking spaces, is that you have to pay for every night of the stay. Paid parking in the garage gives you direct access to a lift and so to your room. Free parking is lottery and means that you have to unload luggage into reception whilst you seek a parking space. There are no luggage trolleys or porters to help.

Bellissima struttura di recente costruzione, camere pulite, ampie insonorizzate, ottimo personale giovane e dinamico, ho usufruito del servizio di mezza pensione, ma sul cibo non ci siamo, si è lavorato poco sulle materie prime locali, con strani accostamenti, e oltretutto porzioni scarse, colazione scarna e ripetitiva

Extra charge to use the pool
The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Impeccable service and good food with a varied menu. The only negative was the extra charges they required for the use of the pool and spa area, I have never stayed in a hotel where this has not been included.

snyggt, bra läge, inte den bästa servicen och mat
Fint hotell och bra läge. Servicen var inte den bästa, särskilt inte i spa där det var rörigt och otydligt. Maten var inte den bästa, smaklös buffé som dock var fräsch. Rummen var moderna och fina, tyvärr lite för lite möjlighet att hänga upp skidkläder. Skidskåpet var för litet för fyra par skidor, stavar och pjäxor. Väldigt bra med gratis skidbuss till och från Val Veny.

Amazing hotel experience. Clean large bedrooms. Great spa (at extra cost) with breathtaking views. Modern decor. Incredible food. Only surprising thing is that this Italian hotel could not make good coffee!

Great views from the pool. Contemporary finishing is excellent. Excellent property for families. I hate it when you get to a property and then you have to pay extra for using the swimming pool which was the main reason you booked the property. 20 Euros a day! And you have to pay for swimming caps and pay for parking. Leaves such a bad taste.

Hotel nuovissimo pulito ed accogliente. Essendo una nuova struttura ha dei fattori da migliorare, come l’accoglienza del cliente da parte dello staff della hall piuttosto che la gestione della Spa, dove l’accesso e ogni tipo di extra sono a pagamento. Suggerirei di offrire un solo ingresso gratis nel centro benessere o perlomeno a chi paga già trattamenti extra tipo massaggi. Il personale in generale è gentile dovrebbero solo migliorare in piccole cose come salutare i clienti che passano davanti alla hall e piccole attenzioni similari

Decent place to stay but not 4 stars!!
Hotel is nice. They do not have enough parking for all of their guests so you have to park in the gas station next door. It is hard to communicate to the front desk because they only speak Italian and I do not. Every time we took a shower, we ran out of hot water. The breakfast was good and the first night the manager helped get us room service which is not something they do which was nice. Close to the gondola which takes to you to the ski slope.

Ottima struttura ed organizzazione.
Piacevole soggiorno di cinque giorni, staff cordiale e disponibile. Struttura nuova con tutti i confort. Bar ottimo. Cena quasi completamente a buffet, nel complesso migliorabile ma comunque abbastanza in linea con il rapporto qualità prezzo.

great location
Bumpy start with lack of communication by the end of our stay very impressed with service, room comfort and size and food for half board. Easy access to slopes and town. Food was top level and umlimited. The NYE celebration exceeded my expectation. Grazie to all the staff that made us feel great on vacation. We hope to return with friends and family.

Séjour mitigé pour Noël
Séjour pour Noël en famille. Chambres très propres, personnel très agréable et serviable. La cuisine était bonne, surtout s'agissant de la "pasta". Des mets standardisés, mais pas de couac. J'aurais aimé être prévenu des suppléments (tout ce que l'on prend sur la carte) Le parking (complet!) de 38 places pour 150 chambres et les pentes de l'hôtel non déneigées pendant trois jours sont un grand moment... Le spa est une déception : -il est payant 15E par personne, et le kit spa en plus 12E, cela est anormal pour ce type d'hôtel... -il faut réserver, ??? et il est sous-dimensionné s'agissant de sa capacité d'accueil... Le bar est très bien, avec canapés et barman très pro...

Hotel nuovo e in ottima posizione, bella struttura, ma il prezzo di un hotel a 4 stelle dovrebbe comprendere alcuni servizi tipo il parcheggio (che di fatto non è compreso in quanto i posti gratuiti sono veramente esigui rispetto alla capienza dell' hotel e nei paraggi ce ne sono davvero pochi quindi bisogna ricorrere a quello a pagamento dell'hotel ) e il kit per chi deve accedere alla spa. La tessera club inoltre (obbligatoria e ovviamente a pagamento) di fatto non dà alcun servizio aggiuntivo
