I was given a receipt for a lesser amount, although I made reservations through Expedia. Initially the woman at the front desk couldn't give me an explanation and told me to wait for her replacement at 7:00AM. Then she came back after consulting with a man in the kitchen area and said it was Expedia's receipt and that I shouldn't have been given the receipt!

Hotel is ideally localed very close to the highway exit and is easy to find. The facilities are modern and clean. We enjoyed the spacious room. We were disappointed not to find Gluten Free options for our allergic kids, I would suggest the hotel offer some options in the morning. Other than that the breakfast was mainly complete. I also noticed that the charging parking spots are not reserved, as we saw some non electric cars taking those spots, so if you have an EV you should contact the hotel ahead of time.

Bring an HDMI chord with you, no casting abilities. Pool area is cold! Jacuzzi is broken, no heat. FCility itself is clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Was very much looking forward to the amentieis though and unfortunately they were broken.

Front desk gentleman was very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Made check-in a breeze. Clean property and room was immaculate! Easy to find. Close enough to I-87 but quiet spot. Only recommendation is to offer soap in bar form, as husband found it difficult to shave with liquid Ivory from container attached to wall. There was a small sign on lower left side of bathroom mirror which basically said that one could contact the front desk if one forgot their toothbrush; toothpaste; shaving cream.... But hubby was in a rush to get to work and didn't have time to contact anyone. Regardless, would recommend facility and would return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our 2nd time staying at this particular Holiday Inn Express and just like the other properties i found our stay comfortable and staff attentive.

The room had a good size, was clean and very comfortable. Had a quiet and restful night with family. Heated pool and whirlpool spa also exceeded expectations, as it was well maintained and the pool water was nice and warm. The highlight was the breakfast which was family friendly and included a big selection and variety of options (scrambled eggs, omelette, yogurts, bread, chocolate milk, orange juice etc). My kids got really excited about the pancake machine which spits out delicious palaces in 1min :). Staff was very friendly, lots of parking. There are also food options within 5min driving distance including a pizza place, McDonalds, Subway and even a seafood restaurant.

Looks to be a fairly new property. The common areas seemed nice and clean. Our room seemed clean but had cobwebs and thick layers of dust in high up corners and on the lights. The location is great for overnight stays as its right off the highway, but there isn't really any food to pick up that's in walking distance.

I was told it was a smoke facility, I was forced to switch to a different room at 11:30 pm due to the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke.

Easy to locate, the front desk staff was incredibly kind, room was clean & quiet and the bed was very comfortable! The room also had a Keurig, microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast had a lot of options! Would stay here again and recommend to others.
