“The location is beyond words. Truly beautiful and relaxing. We loved bird watching including a daily visit by a chatty eagle. Absolutely amazing. We explored Crane lake and caught enough walleyes and bass for a fish dinner at the cabin. The eagle enjoyed the fish remains right off the end of the dock. I highly recommend Loon Landing.”

“We had a great week at bayside retreat with our extended family. We had 9 people but didn’t feel too cramped. Location on the lake was the best part. Host was very nice and responsive. A lot of rentals aren’t that clean but this place lived up to my family’s pretty high standards.”

“John and Carol are wonderful hosts. It really reminds me of going up for family vacations in the 80's and 90's. Very laid back and helpful if any questions or needs arise. Beautiful Lodge and grounds. Great access to boat slips and great boat launch. Our cabin (daybreak) was literally right over the water. Woke up to waves lapping every morning. Lots for the kids to do and fishing is bar none”

“Went to relax and celebrate my wife's birthday. We have been to Elbow Lake several times and knew what to expect. The cabin is "no frills" but that is part of the experience. It is right on the lakeshore with a deck literally a few feet from the water. The lake is quiet with very few boats making it easy to hear the frequent loon calls. It's a good kayak / canoe lake with a beautiful sand beach in front of the lodge for swimming. The on-site manger and his family are there for whatever you need....

“This cabin is in a beautiful location. The cabin was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The view of the lake and the abundant wildlife was just what we were hoping for. The night sky is indescribable. I would recommend this cabin as a number one choice if you plan on staying in this area. Jamey was easy to talk with, readily available to answer questions and provided a lot of information on where to eat and who to contact for boat tours.”

“This was the worst VRBO experience I have ever had. The day of my stay I had to message for directions to the cabin. Directions were not sufficient and I had no cell service. “We had 6 guys and the cabin worked well. Three guys had their own rooms, and the other three shared the bunk room. The double beds on the bottom bunks are big, and there is a nice bathroom in the bunk room. Several of our guests also enjoyed using the outside shower. The WIFI also works great for anybody needing internet service. The docks and lift worked well for our two fishing boats.”

“I came with my parents, my 9yrs old son, and our dog. The experience was peaceful and the place beautiful! The property is amazing, clean, comfortable and beautiful.
