The did not let me checkin as I came here on morning of 10th. My flight got delayed and could not come here on 9th. They asked to make a new reservation. This is not fair given that there is atleast 4 hours on my reservation This is simply unfair. Request you to refund my money.

Our room was in the two hundred hall and the door opened to a closet that was partially blocking the entrance. We barely got our suitcase in. Very cramped room. Bathroom not tub and the shower toilet area looked painted this dark blue with old brown tile...shabby looking. We opened the curtains and our view was another building's windows that was about 20 feet away. So we were glad it was only for one night, as we stayed in a cramped room with the shades drawn.
