El servicio de la recepcionista fue excelente, así como los señores del desayuno. Tuve dificultad para lograr comunicarme con el departamento de shuttle y busque otra manera de llegar al hotel

It is a very well located hotel, at 12 minutes from the airport. The room was very clean, and the personnel always kind. The only thing I disliked, is that the walls are like a sheet of paper (very thin), and you can easily hear what is happening on the next room. I couldn't sleep the first night, because our neighbors had a baby who was crying all the night, and the secong night, I was able to listen the TV from the other room.

Great staff
The staff are really pleasant and helpful and I think that makes this hotel a whole lot better. I didn't try the pool or the restaurant. It's getting a little bit dated for the price.

The staff at as friendly and helpful, property felt clean but room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The shuttle offered by the hotel is extremely helpful to get the the airport or other sites nearby
